I arrived to the gym for an "assessment" and found this experience to be one of the worst in my entire 41 years! The owner/trainer was demeaning, degrading, unsupportive and super egotistical. All he talked about was his military experience and how he was like the "government" watching and listening to everything his clients do. He proceeded to have me do his assessment workout with no warmup and minimal instruction. As I was doing the workout he laughed at me and told me that a woman twice my age was able to do the workout 4 times more than what I could do. I wouldn't recommend this gym to my worse enemy!
