Mike Quinn and Zane Mckeithan are a revelation for anyone in the Napa area interested in sports,…read moreparticularly basketball. I don't have kids, but I've seen them working with kids, and if I had kids... this is where I'd have them train. They know what they're doing and if your kids are serious about basketball, they need personalized training like this early on in their development. Napans should be lucky they have a local resource because most cities this size don't. Speaking as an adult, they've been just as great. I recently moved to Napa and Mike found me a team for the winter and spring seasons in the city's rec league and right away invited me to their Sunday night open gyms. Basketball is just a hobby now as I approach my 30s but the level of organization they put into the open gyms and the rec league is really stunning. It's high competition without all of the usual problems (complaining, too much waiting) of most city's open gyms and leagues. You can actually work out and have fun for 2 hours instead of sitting around watching people argue calls. This isn't a side gig for Mike and Zane -- they're professionals, and you can expect professional treatment whether you are just getting started in sports or you've been doing it (poorly) for a few decades, these are the guys to see.

Deeply disappointed with our experience in the toddler swim program. Our final class was cancelled…read morewithout notice, despite having both an email address and phone number on file, we were never contacted (apparently they tried, either phone or email were going through). We drove 30 minutes only to be told in person that the instructor was unable to make it. We were promised a refund on the spot, but a week later we have yet to receive it. The hardest part of all was watching my toddler's excitement turn to heartbreak. He had been looking forward to swimming with the other babies all day. I hope management takes steps to improve their communication and follow through on commitments to families.

I prefer rhythm riding because it's more fun and feels less like a workout. So will be going to other fitness studios for spin class. Haven't tried the other classes at HQ yet. Theres a good amount of cardio machines, which I love! And facilities feel very clean! Both women and men's locker room have a steam room, sauna, hot tub. Showers have multiple hangers for towels etc, and bulk amenities of body wash, shampoo, conditioner. There is ample vanity space to get ready, and even hair dryers. Though I did find the hairdryers I used aren't powerful enough for me. There's a lot of lockers! I see other reviews about unfriendly staff. It does seem that front desk staff seem to not be outwardly friendly, but when I ask a question, they've been helpful. The front desk does appear to be manned by people who look like they're in their early 20s, and that type of behavior feels typical for some in that age group. Not a big deal to me. Would recommended based on amenities and cleanliness alone!

I arrived early as instructed to fill out their waiver, however another class was in session and there was no one at the front desk. I'm not sure if this is how it normally is. When their class ended the instructor had me fill out your typical safety waiver. Instructor was nice, friendly, and attentive which I appreciated because I'm new to Pilates and their equipment. She was very helpful in guiding the class but also walking around the room and assisting as needed. It was such a great, effective, low impact workout. The space felt clean. There are cubbies in the front where you leave your stuff and shoes. I was told there were cubbies in the back room if preferred. They are located in a shopping plaza on Jefferson with a parking lot. I recommend bringing pilates/yoga grip socks but I noticed some people were barefoot. They have socks and apparel for sale. Would recommend and would go back.
