What can I say about this gallery other than it's a must see. It shares the space with another sister gallery. The gallery is big. You are gonna always see great art here. This was my second time here and I had a great time. I liked that some times you get to meet the artists. The atmosphere is good. The drink are good. It's a good gallery to visit.

Art Basel is out in full force this year, similar to pre-covid years, and perhaps there is even a certain degree of higher enthusiasm as people trying to find a degree of normalcy during a pandemic era. Art is art, in everyone's eyes, some are questionable and some are admirable. Some you can never do and some a toddler with marker can. :-) It is all in your perspective and understanding of the message the artist is trying to portray. And that is precisely what I enjoyed about this: the availability and the willingness of the artist to talk about their art and inspiration. I wish I had more time (and money) to contribute to many talented artists striving to find recognition. This is truly an event I recommend people to attend. The tickets can be found for free, there are even free drinks. Traffic can be a huge problem, but all and all, it is an event worth attending.

Whenever art Basel comes around Red Dot and spectrum are some of my favorite go-to events. This art exhibition brings local artist and galleries from abroad to display their unique art. There is art at this display for everyone. Red dot and spectrum also have different bar areas where you can get beer, wine , and cocktails. The liquor is expensive but the entrance to the display is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this as a go to event during art Basel !

One of the biggest and greatest Art Basel event in Mana Wynwood. You can get a free ticket with registration 3 weeks prior. The space is well air conditioned so you can walk around with your champagne comfortably. Went with my niece and she loved it! Got her the most delicious chip cookie from the NOA cafe while we saw some wonderful exhibits! These are just a few of the photos I took. Love going every year! Can't wait for next year!

The affordable little sister to Art Basel Miami, Red Dot (and companion art fair Spectrum) are worth a visit. The people-watching is slightly less fun than Art Basel, just because everyone here is a bit less self-consciously hipster-ish and a lot less obnoxious than Art Basel. Red Dot in the art world next to an artwork means "it's sold" which is an apt metaphor for this fair. They focus on salable, accessible art that doesn't need much explanation. No art consultants or placards are required, hehe. We found two things we took home. Beware, Florida posts sales tax agents at the doors, so the days of avoiding sales tax buying at conventions are O-vuh papi. My other half's an MD, so he took home something bland and calming for his office waiting room. I took home something funny and mildly outrageous to jazz up our guest room. Thankfully the art for the guest room could make friends/family think twice before they invite themselves to spend a week free in Miami Beach (LOL, pic below gives you the idea). There were double bonuses involved. The same ticket to Red Dot gets you into the Spectrum companion fair. There was also an unexpected antique car show nearby, which made me want a cool old car to go with my jazzy new art.

What a great event at Red Dot! I was thrilled with the fact that I was able to see up close and personal Basquiat, Warhol, Picasso and Botero! There were some great pieces! Everyone was really friendly, which was nice. I loved getting to talk to artists about there work. Now my one complaint was the bar service. There is a sign that said gratuity is included and when I went to pay for my drinks, the bartender shows me the tip screen and I brought up that tip was included and he lied and said it wasn't. I asked him again as in "are you sure" and he again said no. I went ahead and added tip and it wasn't until I got my receipt text to me that I saw the man had lied and played me for extra money. That was not cool. If it wasn't for that experience, this would be a five star review for sure, but I was honestly disappointed in that. Aside from that, I look forward to next year!

During Art Basel week this is one of many exhibitions to see. In the Wynwood area of Miami known for being a restaurant, entertainment and an art community, it's the perfect place to host this impressive exhibit of art. Art is subjective, so you can find interesting work for everyone. Luckily we had free tickets but I think the price was about $35. We were lucky to find parking on a side street about a block away.

Second time at this great event and I liked it!! I loved everything about it. We found a place in the street across and used the pay by a phone app. But that was only by good luck. I loved the great venue they used; Mana Wynwood is a good place for this event, where you can find all the artwork pieces comfortably and not on top of each other. Thank you, everyone, for a good event, I can not wait until next year!!

Prices are fantastic as well. Seriously, there's so much overpriced artwork in Miami but here it's quite the opposite. The amount of detail, originality, and quality in their pieces for the price - you really can't beat it. I've been to art festivals, I've walked Wynwood art district, you know the drill. NOBODY has pieces with this level of detail, creativity, and class. Sculptures (STAR WARS FREAKING SCULPTURES OUT OF THE HELMETS YOU HAVE TO SEE THEM), paintings, so much variety here I love it. I got the pieces I needed, one of the artists (by the way this place is family run, hardly seen these days especially in this area) helped me and was very kind and professional. I love my new pieces! It was previously known as Little San Juan (El Barrio) because many people from Puerto Rico lived there, but since the area has been gentrified, it is less so.
