It's located right in the heart of town just across from the shopping center. Parking was pretty easy in the lot across the street. We happened to walk in at the right time. There were only a few other guest already inside. But once we were seated, minutes later the place started to trickle with people coming in and ended up full. There was a good amount of us which two tables were already situated together. The restaurant itself isn't that big. Two side, main is where the counter and kitchen is with a smaller dining area. The other is mainly dining. The counter was where all the fresh pastries were on full display. Let me say, they all looked amazing and some were ordered to try before we even had our meal. Dessert first obviously. Menu wise, there was a mixture of everything. Started off with a pot of tea and an ice tea. Asked for a slice of lemon which they didn't have. Odd as it's a restaurant. Anyways, main was the Antonio which is your traditional breakfast with a few other items added. Fried eggs, smoked bacon, sausage links, haggis, black pudding, sautéed mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, hash brown, halloumi and served with toast and butter. It was quite good. Toast was pretty massive for the two slices. Everything was quite tasty and flavorful. Th service was quite nice. Staff were all pretty friendly which is a plus. Dessert was amazing especially their raspberries blondie. Overall we enjoyed our meal.

The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome, as did eventually other diners. I did some computer work while I was there, and spent probably 2.5 hours just ahead of lunch. I did order a second latte to "pay" for the table even though they weren't heaving busy. Overall just a solid spot.

It was like I was moving back to the 1970s, or something. Tibo and Coias were the two places I was assured I had to try when I moved, so why it has taken me over 8 months to go to Tibo, I don't know. We dropped in yesterday to help combat a hangover, and the menu left me in no doubt how best to tackle it: Full Scottish Breakfast and lots of coffee! Now, I was made aware that the prices have recently gone up because we were handed two different menus, presumably one old and one new one. However, don't let this deter you. The portions more than make up for the price and the quality of the ingredients is high. The service was a little disjointed (meals turned up without sausages and haggis which then showed a few mins later), but the gent was charming enough to be forgiven. They also have a sign stating that they serve their coffee at 60 degrees, and when you taste their cappuccino you can see why. This is the best coffee I have had in Dennistoun. The decor is pleasant, though there is some slightly questionable art (sorry to whoever the artist is) and the staff were very friendly. Definitely worth popping in if you are in the neighbourhood.
