But on my last day in California when they arrived, they stated more than half my belonging weren't on the list which was BS because i put them on there, so they doubled the price that i was originally quoted. Everyone was very rude that i spoke to in regards to my move. they also tacked on a bunch of bogus charges. When I tried to dispute it, they kept stating they knew nothing about this, as well as never called back like they said. The delivery ended up costing me 2 times as much as originally quoted, as well as higher than then other companies. Dawn, Kristin, Jim, are very rude, and disrespectful while on the phones. Never return calls, not do they help at all. No tracking on your shipment, iv been im my new home with my pregnant wife for over 2 weeks with no beds, furniture, nothing because they dont know when itll go out. I call everyday and its the same, " the truck got here late last night, ill call you in the morning to let you know the status", but then never calls. No response to emails to voicemails at all. By far the worst iv ever worked with, i should have looked them up prior and read everyone else frustrations and concerns.

Kat reached out the very next day after reviewing our application and pre approved us. Yelena reached out for all coordination afterwards. Marigold was not even posted on the rescues page but they were so kind and were able to get us in to meet her. The foster mom (and dad) were wonderful and have been doing this for so long (60+ kitties). We instantly fell in love with Marigold and were able to be selected to adopt her (pat on our back for being able to provide a good home). She came from a hoarder home and was lucky to survive from malnutrition. We came back to get her after getting she completed her shots/spayed. Not even 24 hours in, my one year old tabby loves her and she is settling in perfectly. I will say I have had not so great experiences with other rescues in the area and Dirty Little Paws surpassed all expectations! I hope one day I can repay them and foster another baby in need.
