We called to get flowers for dear friends whose mother had passed. Najah was so kind and…read morehelpful---confirming she could deliver the next morning, asking about the arrangements we were interested in to ensure she had all flowers in-stock, and even promising to include a hummingbird decoration when she learned it was the deceased's favorite bird!! When I called back to thank her, she offered her condolences and said she'd say a prayer for the family. This genuine goodwill set a new bar for florists everywhere and we'd recommend Williamston Greenhouse & Florist to everyone!! Literally minutes prior to the memorial starting we were waiting for the flowers to arrive. One of the 2 hydrangea baskets NEVER ARRIVED, and the one that did, was a geranium instead of what was ordered. When we called to discuss this, all they could say was sorry, we will deliver the missing arrangement TODAY?!? If your business is to make and sell flowers, how do you mess up that bad and not compensate an already grieving family for this?!? This is truly unacceptable service and we will let everyone we know how dissatisfied we are with your services and lack of making an order to request. You can clearly see that even the flowers in the vase are very scarce compared to what we expected. Not only did she block me from their Facebook page after leaving a review... It appears she deleted the page altogether.
