The driver, who I'd describe as uninterested and frumpy, would not take us any further than the hotel after the ceremony. He mentioned that his shift was over so he wasn't driving us any further. We even offered him additional money since we had time to kill. He dropped us off at the hotel over an hour early and didn't want to help us out in any way. The poor bride was so upset during her encounter. She was crying her eyes out, pleading with the man and the company but I guess they wanted to ruin her wedding day. This is a sad excuse for a limo service. If you'd like them to ruin your event, I'd suggest giving them a call.

The bus driver, Allen (bus 9231), was super awesome, friendly, and helpful. I definitely was very satisfied and felt very safe. The driving was great especially with rain and snow. I am also going to recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you!!!

I attended my cousins wedding here and everything was exquisite. From the mansion itself, the…read morewedding outside in the courtyard, to the reception hall and dessert room! Unbelievable! But the thing I want to rave about most is one server. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but I was having an anaphylactic allergic reaction to some crab I accidentally ate and one of the servers rushed to me with an epi-pen and injected it into my leg, on top of giving me benadryl. My dad was asking everyone if anyone had an epi-pen, and this lady did and after she administered it, she sat with me until the swelling in the throat went down. I just wanted to thank her. Thank you for saving my life. And to Linden Hall, your staff is amazing and so is your location and all its aspects! Thank you again!

The golf course itself is nicer than I expected and the bar staff is incredibly friendly. The wedding was very nice, they put you up in a tent behind the building and we lucked out with some great weather. Our meal was very good although they certainly were understaffed at least initially. My biggest complaint would be the hotel rooms. They are certainly serviceable and clean, but in dire need of some upgrades. We had dinner the night before the wedding and breakfast the morning after at their buffet that is an incredible let down compared to ordering food from the bar. Lackluster set up, mediocre food, and just a bit of a mess. I'd recommend grabbing a couple drinks on the deck and a bite to eat from the bartenders for the best experience. Open faced steak sandwich is delicious - had it on another occasion.

Everything is ridiculously vague. The pick up location indicated one area outside the Fairmont Hotel, but there was no signage and a very helpful valet pointed us to the pickup location. We were in place over 10 min early with one person still monitoring the other designated stop just in case, but that didn't mean anything because the "pickup times are approximate." We waited about 25 minutes and figured that the bus running over 15 minutes late seemed a bit extreme, so my SIL called the company. Apparently the bus came and left from who knows where and we never even saw it despite being able to see clearly down five different streets. Our next option was to wait over an hour for the next bus, but the person on the phone couldn't provide the exact bus pick up location, which made waiting pointless if the bus was not going to be at the advertised location. We ended up sightseeing on our own.

Our first tour guide did a great job letting us know what had been filmed in certain areas, but not so well with telling us what someone might see or experience at different spots. Our second guide, Ren, did a great job with that. I wish she had talked about the giant art fair that had been going on through town though. (Although, maybe she did when we weren't on the bus?) We didn't have any issues with pick up or drop off. We got to see the Duquesne Incline, Randyland and The Warhol Museum. At one point we did stop at the tour companies headquarters - I would advise you not to make the same mistake I did and get sunscreen.

Pre-wedding: Make sure you read their contract carefully. They charge extra to serve cake and require you to tell them this, so we chose to box our cake and send it home as a favor with our guests (and our guests have raved about it!). Definitely do a food tasting because they give you all the food you'd like to try plus the top tier of a wedding cake to take home and enjoy. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS. Day-of: I have nothing but good things to say. From the moment we arrived (30 minutes early, mind you) they took the bridal party to an out of the way room where we were served appetizers and brought drinks. My husband and I were treated like royalty. The event manager was wonderful and very fun. His staff were professional and did not get in the way at all. Food was delicious and the cake was beautiful and very good. They sent the top tier of the cake home (with my parents). They do all of the decorating and set-up/tear-down for you and include centerpieces in their price. As long as you read your contract and know what you're getting, you should not have any issues. The banquet manager was nothing but accomodating. We have heard nothing but good things since our wedding- people still talk about how good the food was! The only issue is parking, but you can set up a shuttle for your guests through a hotel to eleviate that issue.
