This Limo Service BACKED OUT on my CONTRACT for my wedding day!!!!!…read more The Uneducated staff has left my future wife and I without transportation around the city of Pittsburgh for our Wedding weekend - even with a signed contract. We called to clarify with them that they indeed needed to pick us up in one of the two counties that they are listed as "licensed" in the state of PA. Rochelle said that they could pick us up in downtown Pittsburgh. A quick call back to confirm the contract was received (after other transportation options had filled up) yielded a different story. They in turn decided not to honor our contract for our Wedding Day because of their mistake. Now we are left high and dry. A complete waste of my time and efforts leaving us high and dry without adequate transportation. If they resolve the matter I will update my review accordingly until then I am supremely disappointed. Unprofessional! Until I hear back a solid resolution to this situation (if any effort on their part to right the wrong they committed) I will leave this at One Star.

Good thing we brought our own water because there was nothing in the Limo for refreshments. then he got lost on the way to A&E studio and we roamed around northside for awhile. Not only did he get lost going there, we also got lost coming home, somehow we ended up on the West End Bridge and it took about and hour and a half to get home from North Side to New Brighton.
