I used fab cab to go to the Cleveland airport and she was amazing. She was on time, had snacks and water for me and my mother and she was very kind and polite She a fantastic driver and very VERY funny. My mother loved her jokes. We will definitely use her again in the nearing future. read more

Fab Cab has been my go to taxi service for pick up at Cleveland Hopkins Airport for transport to Poland, OH. They are always on time, pleasant to talk to, and efficient and courteous if I have to change my plans. I have used their service many times, to/from the airport and appreciate their superior driving and customer service skills. read more

I was in town for a wedding and Bruce from FAB Cab was amazing, always on time or early, and he took us to the rehearsal, wedding venue, reception and back to the hotel on a rainy cold night. read more

Being on the last leg of a family trip our car decided it couldn't take it anymore. Fab Cab was the only available taxi company available a late Easter evening and the driver came quickly with an impressively clean and comfortable van to seat our party of 8, including all of our luggage and 2 child car seats (LATCH attachments for all passenger rows! thank goodness!). Even recommended some tow companies! We were delivered safely to our hotel and we all appreciated his helpfulness and courtesy during our harried journey. Definitely call FAB CAB for your taxi needs! read more

My parent booked this ride for a reason, and that reason is none of their business as long as they're being paid. Uber and Lyft are limited, rental places aren't even open on Sundays, and we're left dealing with this nonsense. It's no mystery why Youngstown gets a bad rap. Independent Taxi needs serious customer-service training, updated tech, and drivers who understand they're providing a paid service. If I could give -5 stars, I would. DO NOT USE.
