We hired them a week before the wedding, after our original provider cancelled on us. After a mad scramble at 4:30 pm, we found Titan and owner Keith. Keith was more than willing to rent a passenger van to help us out. He was quick to respond to my phone calls and emails and was pleasant & easy to work with. His driver called me a day or two before the wedding to confirm transportation details and timelines. Our guests reported the van ride was good with no issues and everyone arrive at the reception on time. We highly recommend you contact Keith for your event's transportation needs.

Excellent customer service! Our driver, JD, was absolutely amazing!! He surprised my daughter when he arrived with "her limo", and continued to ensure that the girls had a wonderful experience. He was ready and waiting for our pick up, was so friendly, even offered the girls a jacket when it was colder than they anticipated when they got out. If you need a great limo and excellent service, I definitely recommend Moonlight Limo. Ask for JD, you'll be glad you did!

This was by far the most friendly, thorough, and best priced of all the limo services I called in Akron. And I called most of them. And when I did call, I was walked through each step of the process, everything was priced up front (and he even told me the recommended tip range), and the quote was far and away better than every other service I contacted. Pat showed up a half hour early, was friendly and cordial, even all the way until 2am when he dropped us off after the bachelor party, in which he took us to three different places and waited nearby while we ate dinner and trotted around Cleveland. When they say their service sets them apart, they mean it. I will unquestionably use these guys again if I need a limo in the Akron/Canton/Cleveland area. Total five stars. Thanks for making our night run smoothly, guys!

One of the execs I coordinate for had his flight delayed coming into the Pittsburgh airport. Jermaine was able to call in a favor with another local driver and arrange for another vehicle with one phone call. He saved the day, kept me informed from start to finish, and remained calm and professional the whole time. I could not be more grateful to him for everything he did to make sure our team had a smooth pick up and ride into Youngstown. I wholeheartedly recommend New Wave Limousine and will definitely use their services again when in the area. You deserve 10 stars in my book - THANK YOU JERMAINE!!!! :)

So first of all she was 35 minutes late to pick them up. Then she drove them to one bar and the driver left the entire bachelor party stranded IN CLEVELAND DRUNK! Her excuse for doing it at first was because someone fell asleep and then the excuse turned into someone was sick and puked (in the toilet). We called from multiple phones for an hour and a half and she ignored us. Then Informed my husband that "the contract was breached" and she left. I called and left a voice mail stating if she didn't go get them I was calling the police and she finally answered and said she was at dollar general. It was like 11 pm so no she was not.... she picked them up finally after being stranded for a couple hours and took them back home 3 hours early. Then refused to give any money back. So unless you want your party ruined dont book here. Completely ridiculous and rude owners.
