My parent booked this ride for a reason, and that reason is none of their business as long as they're being paid. Uber and Lyft are limited, rental places aren't even open on Sundays, and we're left dealing with this nonsense. It's no mystery why Youngstown gets a bad rap. Independent Taxi needs serious customer-service training, updated tech, and drivers who understand they're providing a paid service. If I could give -5 stars, I would. DO NOT USE.

Excellent customer service! Our driver, JD, was absolutely amazing!! He surprised my daughter when he arrived with "her limo", and continued to ensure that the girls had a wonderful experience. He was ready and waiting for our pick up, was so friendly, even offered the girls a jacket when it was colder than they anticipated when they got out. This was by far the most friendly, thorough, and best priced of all the limo services I called in Akron. And I called most of them. And when I did call, I was walked through each step of the process, everything was priced up front (and he even told me the recommended tip range), and the quote was far and away better than every other service I contacted. Pat showed up a half hour early, was friendly and cordial, even all the way until 2am when he dropped us off after the bachelor party, in which he took us to three different places and waited nearby while we ate dinner and trotted around Cleveland. When they say their service sets them apart, they mean it. I will unquestionably use these guys again if I need a limo in the Akron/Canton/Cleveland area. Total five stars.
