I won the judgment in court of $1,763.92 on 2/27/2024. Ed stated to the judge that he needed 30 days to get the money to pay me. The judge allowed it and here we are 30 days later and I have still not been paid. Many other people have been victims of this man and his shady practices. Please heed my warning, protect yourself. I will now have to file to garnish his wages. Oh, by the way, Ed is Vice President of Sales for Gorants Candies. He is on 21 News doing holiday promotions for the candy. So first of all she was 35 minutes late to pick them up. Then she drove them to one bar and the driver left the entire bachelor party stranded IN CLEVELAND DRUNK! Her excuse for doing it at first was because someone fell asleep and then the excuse turned into someone was sick and puked (in the toilet). We called from multiple phones for an hour and a half and she ignored us. Then Informed my husband that "the contract was breached" and she left. I called and left a voice mail stating if she didn't go get them I was calling the police and she finally answered and said she was at dollar general. It was like 11 pm so no she was not.... she picked them up finally after being stranded for a couple hours and took them back home 3 hours early. Then refused to give any money back. We had planned a trip to a winery out of town, (a month in advance) and even had people come in from out of town to go. When the party bus showed up it had a flat tire, the driver said we'd be fine we just had to stop at Valvoline to put air in it, they couldn't do anything with the tire. So the driver took us back to their place to get a different vehicle, however nothing in the back of the other 2 cars that they had would work, so no lights, music or heat. The driver said we'd be fine to stay in town in the party bus but not on the highway, so we had to cancel our reservations at the winery and find something in town for 15 people last minute on a Saturday night. The next day when I contacted the owner about some sort of discount or refund, he refused to do anything to compensate our ruined night out. I will never do business with them again!
