For over two years, I have battled an air bag sensor issue in my 2014 VW Passat. In those two…read moreyears, I have spent nearly $2,000 dollars, most of that money going down a black hole as dealers and other smaller businesses charged me upward of $500 a pop each time I brought my car in. For under $400, this business diagnosed the problem, got the part, fixed the issue and sent me on my way in less than forty-eight hours. The difference was they told me straight out what my issues were by the diagnostic number--no imperious patronizing, thank you--advised what parts were needed and treated me as if I, as a single woman, were capable of understanding the mechanism causing the problem. The waiting area is clean and comfortable if you have to wait while they work on your car. I can't say enough good things about this small, family business except to say they've been in business for over thirty years. Their treatment of me is the reason why. I highly recommend these folks.
