We went to the East pasco station the day before (30 minutes there and back on our lunch break) to take a truck load of trash because of the holidays we lost a trash day and I didn't want to leave it all to the guys that come through our street. We left 4 small rolls of carpet and neatly placed everything on the road with the carpets on top of a box. The man threw the carpets off the box and took the boxes underneath and left. WHY? This is the third time we've thrown away carpet and we do it in small portions as we are remodeling our home ourself.
