On Thursday 13/10/16 I called into Rectella at the Lowry Centre trying to find some extra long curtains, I got assistance from Helen who checked the stock on the computer but there were none available. Helen told me that she would try all the other stores and get back to me as soon as possible. Early Friday morning Helen rang me to let me know that she had managed to track down the very last pair in the Isle of Wight and had reserved them for me.I called in on Saturday morning to pay for my new curtains and was told that they would be delivered by the end of this week - they arrived today (Tuesday 18/10/16). Not only is this fast delivery but fantastic service too. I would like to say a BIG thank you to Rectella but especially to Helen who went out of her way to help, she's such a lovely lady. read more
