This place is amazing, you literally have anything you could possibly want for your home in one…read moreplace - and better yet it's really well priced. I've been to Dunelm countless times for all kinds of things from kitchenware (saucepans/frying pans) to bedroom decorations (wallpaper, rugs) and it is pretty much my one stop shop. My visits recently are mainly for coffee related products (new cups, ceramic jugs etc) as I am desperately trying to become a coffee whizz in my spare time, and each time I leave happy and excited to return home and try out my new creamer - yes I am that sad. Price is probably my favourite thing about Dunelm as even though the stuff is high quality, it never seems to break the bank - a useful aspect when you break pots and glasses on a seemingly daily basis like I do. Through clumsiness not anger I might add :)

This store is huge! It reminds me of a similar store in the states, however, the one in the states…read moredoesn't have a cafe inside. Yes, this Dunelm Mill has a cafe inside and it looks quite nice! Instead of aisles, the store is set up with the main aisle leading around the whole store... almost like IKEA, but not quite a maze like IKEA. They have loads of bedding, bath, kitchen, and decor items. I was quite impressed with the kitchen area, which I may have spent a lot of time in taking a look at all of the great gadgets and utensils I might need... or just plain want. This store has been great for our needs as far as setting up my boyfriend's new apartment. We even got some great, fluffy and cozy bath robes. Some items are quite inexpensive, but I couldn't find a "clearance" area (yes, I like to scout out the deals). There is a furniture area at the back of the store near the cafe, but it did look quite bare and it didn't look like there was a huge selection of furniture. It looked like the furniture selection was limited to tables and dressers. Overall it provides a lot of selection for great value and saves you from having to go to a number of different stores to decorate and furnish your home.

They were incredibly fast to come out for a quote - at my door within 30 minutes - which now…read moreclearly feels like a sales tactic rather than good service. Once they've taken your money, they completely disappear. Despite advertising a one-year warranty, when I contacted them for assistance they refused to send anyone out. Instead, they lazily redirected me to their website for "troubleshooting," which I had already tried with no success. Zero support, zero accountability. This company is quick to sell but utterly useless when problems arise. The after-sales service is disgraceful and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- this is one of the worst service experiences I've had.

Extremely poor fitting of blind. Fitter rushing job, used wrong screws and was going nuts because…read morethe screws were snapping when trying to drill the screws straight into metal instead of drilling a hole first.. He was asked to leave as was really rude to me. Manager apologised and sent a second filter out. When she took the poorly fitting pelmet and blind down, we could see he'd bent the bracket, screws were sticking out of the wall, he'd gone up both sides of my wall with his drill leaving black scuff marks and had ripped the wallpaper.. And he had left it like that, as finished, no apology for the damage done. Second fitter did a better job, and her screws didn't snap!! She asked if she could take photos of the pathetic job he'd done to show to her manager. I got huge apology but that was it,considering the damage done. I will have to paint my whole lounge now as the difference in colour will show if I only paint the sides. So phoned Hannahs blinds back and asked for the cost of some paint, as this negligence on their part... And feel this was more than fare on my part as I could have asked for more.. And I got £20.. Really big of them.. All I can do now is hope that the rips don't show. I wish I'd gone elsewhere and definitely will when I get the rest of the house done. Also wish I'd read the other bad reviews on Trust pilot first and I wouldn't have used them. My advice, avoid this firm
