I was very happy after seeing their windows (http://sureglaze.co.uk/windows/) and doors (http://sureglaze.co.uk/doors/) fitted at my dad's house. A short while after I was talking to my neighbour who said he would consider triple glazing (http://sureglaze.co.uk/triple-glazed-windows/) if it was that good and if the price was right, I took him round to my dad's so he could have a look and he was just as impressed as I was. We phoned Sureglaze (http://sureglaze.co.uk) and they came out and seen us both at the same time to leave a quote. The salesman was very friendly, did us a good deal as we agreed on doing both properties at the same time, I had my fascia, soffits (http://sureglaze.co.uk/roofline/) etc already from elsewhere so just got the windows (http://sureglaze.co.uk/windows/) and doors (http://sureglaze.co.uk/doors/) done. My neighbour also had his downpipes (http://sureglaze.co.uk/roofline/) etc from Sureglaze. I have uploaded a picture of the houses as my Qype profile picture so you can see what it looks like (my house is on the right). We both got composite doors (http://sureglaze.co.uk/composite-doors/) and the windows (http://sureglaze.co.uk/windows/) are honey oak outside and inside so are the triple glazed composite doors (http://sureglaze.co.uk/composite-doors/) . The windows (http://sureglaze.co.uk/windows/) have made a huge difference on the sound proofing and energy efficiency of the house, it's much warmer and quieter. I have had the triple glazed windows (http://sureglaze.co.uk/triple-glazed-windows/) and doors (http://sureglaze.co.uk/doors/) for nearly a year and everything is still great, my neighbour has also not had any problems. I recently contacted them to do another property for me and they asked if I could leave a review for them with some images and links to their site. I said I do not mind recommending a company I know can satisfy anyone 100%. I read all the five star reviews about Sureglaze and was expecting to be blown away by their service and quality products having previously had a very poor experience with one of the big window companies who claim to be the best. I was obviously setting my sights too high. Adam in their head office is tremendously helpful and informative but it all started to go downhill when they failed to turn up on our agreed installation date and did not call me in advance to tell me the reason for this. Beading for the 44mm tripled glazed windows was out of stock. They compensated me for this which I appreciated. They also contacted me to say that they had an earlier installation slot and my windows were fitted yesterday, 12th June 2012. The installers worked quickly and efficiently and were helpful and courteous. They also cleaned up well at the end but it was not until I had a closer look this morning that I noticed how poorly the sealant around the inside of the windows had been applied shoddy & messy would be appropriate adjectives. Other than this I was pleased with the installation. I would have given a better score had it not been for the windows themselves which have been a big let down. I ordered the 44mm triple glazed windows because I was reassured by their sound insulation claims as being suitable for aircraft flight paths. We live on quite a busy main road although well set back from the road. Noise has never been a big issue with our previous windows but I was expecting these triple glazed windows to all but eliminate any noise. I really cannot tell any discernible difference to our previous windows which is very disappointing. I really hope the insulation properties are much better. read more

Our main concern for getting triple glazing (http://sureglaze.co.uk/triple-glazed-windows/) was very different from others, not only did we want energy efficiency but we wanted major sound proofing. The reason for wanting sound proof triple glazed windows (http://sureglaze.co.uk/triple-glazed-windows/) was not to stop the noise coming in but to stop it from going out, this is because when I am not on-call which is very rare I entertain myself on the ground floor cinema. With the 44mm triple glazed windows installed in the theatre room with standard triple glazing in the rest of the house I can now crank the volume up as I please without any worries. The windows work perfect for me, the house is using less heating as to double glazing but that is to be expected when getting triple glazed windows over old double glazed windows. The energy efficiency benefits to me were obvious but I was uncertain if it would improve the sound proofing as much as I wanted. Well the installation was what I would call good fun; the installers were extremely good and very easy to get on with. When the windows were installed I put on a movie, I gave the remote to the dear wife and we put the triple glazed windows to the test, she cranked up the volume while I was outside, needless to say I was more than happy with the results, hence such a positive review for them. The product is good but I felt the installers really topped it off; they worked extremely hard but thanks to everyone at Sureglaze (http://www.sureglaze.co.uk) for the great service provided. I did some research to see if triple glazing actually makes a difference and also called out two firms that I could find that offered it. Their quotes varied, one was reasonable and the other started ridiculously high and ended ridiculously low. We contacted a firm we have previously used for windows but they said they didn't do triple glazing and as I came to find out, there isn't many out there that do triple glazing for some reason. I decided to get one more quote before making a decision and I came across Sureglaze on Google, upon finding out that they are a national company we got them out to quote us, their window was better and it turned out they had been doing triple glazing for a while, the salesman was helpful, he measured up, gave a demonstration of the window which was quite impressive we thought. Also to our surprise he gave us a price and left with no pushiness. We discussed it that evening along with confirming some of the information he gave us. We then called them the next day to go ahead. Now the views online are very split when it comes to the double glazing VS triple glazing, some say it is not even worth getting triple glazing. I personally feel it made a big difference, I don't live in a particularly noisy area but when the odd car does go by, I can't hear it as I could before. I also sometimes feel the house is now too warm and that has never happened before. I had triple glazing installed from Sureglaze (http://www.sureglaze.co.uk) about 3 months ago. Initially I had a quote from a local Birmingham window company and 2 national window companies including Sureglaze. The price from the Birmingham firm was quite cheap and the two national companies were around the same price except Sureglaze was offering triple glazing and the other national company was only offering double glazing. The chap Harris who came to see me was very helpful and lived locally and worked from one of the Sureglaze branches in the Birmingham area. Ultimately triple glazing was the reason that I went ahead with Sureglaze. There was a glass for one of the windows that was cracked in transit and one of the installers noticed this when he was installing. They finished the installation and a service engineer came out later in the week and replaced the cracked glass. Apart from the minor hiccup with the glass it went very well. All my friends and family are very impressed with the new windows and my neighbour has also recently gone ahead with them on the triple glazing. We didn't even know what triple glazing was, we had 3 quotes on double glazing and were still deciding on who we were going to award the job to. We happened to come across Sureglaze by chance on the internet, triple glazing! We didn't even know there was such a thing as triple glazing! Well at that point we thought that now we would have to get 3 triple glazing companies in to quote again. After checking them out we contacted them through a form on their website www.sureglaze.co.uk They called us the same day and we arranged to have someone round for a free quote. Needless to say we went ahead with them as their quote was in the same region that I had been quoted from the double glazing companies, but I was getting a way better product. The salesman also wasn't your typical salesman, there was no pushy sell and if there was he would've have been out the door. The window fitters were very experienced and knew what they were doing, it was like a military routine, they kept us informed of what was going on every step of the way and they also took all of their mess with them which was great. I am delighted to say I am a triple glazing for the price of double glazing customer, i had quotes about six months ago from Sureglaze and others for double glazing, i never pursued it further as my financial circumstances would not allow me to at the time or i would have gone ahead with them at the time as it was by far the best product and at a good price compared to the others. However when I was seriously looking to replace them i went back to the Sureglaze website and found they had an offer on, triple glazing for the price of double glazing, i previously had a quote for double glazing so thought i would put the offer to the test to see if my quote for double glazing would be the same now that they have the offer on, they said yes they could do triple glazing for the quote that was left for double glazing. I had seen the product and was more than happy to go ahead with that. Glad it all worked out the way it did, triple glazed windows are so much better, we can't hear any noise from the outside and the house is much warmer using less heating. I didn't get any other quotes and took a chance with Sureglaze because I just got a good vibe about them from the beginning. I am glad to say they didn't let me down. If anything I would say I got more than what I paid for. I bought some new blinds and as the installers finished installing the first window I attempted to put them up myself, upon seeing me struggling to get them up they asked me to leave them and said they would put them up for me after they have completed the work. This was not part of their job and not normal practice they said but we'll do it for you and I understood that completely and highly appreciate that they did it. I am more than pleased with the new windows, the triple glazed windows are much better in a sense that the house is much warmer and the noise reduction is much better than I imagined it to be. if your looking to replace your windows then I wouldn't bother with the old double glazing anymore and as far as I found out these guys are the best when it comes to triple glazing. I have recently had Sureglaze to replace all the windows/doors/patio doors in my house, and I can honestly say I am delighted with the result. I actually took a big risk in giving them the job without obtaining other quotes, especially after all the horror stories you hear, but after reading the positive reviews on this website, and the fact that the only other company I contacted weren't quick enough responding, I decided to go with Sureglaze and I wasn't disappointed. From start to finish they were thorough and professional, the salesman brought a sample of the product and talked in detail about the manufacture and quality. However, I didn't give him an answer on the day, but rang them a few days later to agree a price and give them the go ahead. They gave me a start date and arrived on the due day. I read the reviews on Qype and other websites about Sureglaze and other companies before recently using them. They lived up to the expectations we had of them after reading the reviews, the product and installation was brilliant even the neighbours are thinking of getting triple glazing after seeing our house so warm and quite. Have to say I was very surprised at the noise reduction, at the same time I knew it would also have a good effect on the energy efficiency of the house but I was very sceptical about as to how much better it could actually be than the double glazing we had in. We finally decided to go with the triple glazing and we use the heating at least half as much if not less so it's been extremely effective, Hoping it's going to start showing in the bills. I have been researching double glazing for a few months as the windows in my old Victorian house were all box sash single glzed. As such in winters it was like living in an igloo and the boiler was constantly on. My wife then found out through her colleague aout Sureglaze's offer of triple glazed windows. To cut a long story short wegot one of the sales guy to come over. He measured up and gave us a price. We did not commit on the day as we want to see if we can arrange the finance from the bank. At then the windows were fitted perfectly and I am more than happy to have gone ahead with this company. The windows were pricey but the fitting and the product justified the cost.They even took my old windows away and left the place just the way they entered. Big thanks to Sureglaze UK who recently installed new double glazing windows and doors at my new house. The product installed was exactly as that shown to me in the sample but with easy clean hinges, i really was impressed with the easy clean hinge as it operates as a normal opener but with a click of a button i can open it so i can get my arm in from the other side and easily clean it from the outside. The sales chap was very friendly, he did ask for a decision on the day but when i said no he politly left me with a price. I contacted them ater my third quote came through, though they were not the cheapest Sureglaze did have the best quality product of the 3 companies i contacted so i awarded them the job. AMAZING FANTASTIC GREAT I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this review as SureGlaze UK's service and products are second to none. The price was beyond competitive, and coupled with the service and fitting, you will not find a better company for your doors, windows and conserveratory's. The fitting and service was both quick and efficient - there was no mess left and they even took all the left over rubbish away with them. I was estimated a 4 week wait, but SureGlaze fitted everything within 2 weeks. I cannot praise them enough and will definitely be coming back as well recommending them to all my friends and family. They also have a pay when satisfied option needless to say I paid them as soon as the job was finished. Sureglaze did a fantastic job of installing our Zendow 3000 triple glazed system which included 12 windows a patio door and a set of french doors. The team that did the install worked extremely hard removing our old double glazing and installing the new system and did a top quality job. Now that the new glazing system is installed, we cant hear the outside noises any more (traffic, wildlife etc) and the central heating system is hardly on due to the good insulation we have achieved. Such a difference !! Even though we live near Reading in Berkshire, Sureglaze in Braqdford was still the most competitive quote on a triple glazed system. Great product, great install and great service, very impressive service from a double glazing company in this day and age. i have used many double glazing companies in the past but will be sticking to Sureglaze from now on. I have seen it all when it comes to window companies, the usual is the pushy salesman which i hate but everything went pretty smooth with these guys, no pushy salesman and the product was exactly what i was told it would be, i did tell the salesman i would leave a good review if they did me the job as promised or a bad one if they messed me around but not a problem with these guys. anyone looking to do any double glazing just give them a shout, it's a tried and tested service. Got what i wanted, i chose rosewood on the outside and white on the inside, my old windows were draughty due to a poor installation and urgently needed replacing, i have noticed a huge difference in the energy efficiency of my house. Pros; Great customer care, high quality product for energy efficiency and sound proofing. Cons; The price was slightly more than a quote i had from a local chap but the huge difference in quality of product and service justified it.
