On Monday at 2:15pm I asked if I was going to receive a virtual link for my appointment at 3. They said that the therapist would email me the link 30 minutes prior to the meeting. So I waited... and waited... and waited. At 3:22 the therapist finally messaged me telling me that the company never informed them of our appointment and we'd have to reschedule. I was confused and told the therapist that the company told me that she as the therapist was supposed to contact me before the meeting. Then I get a call from the company. A woman informed me that my therapist had a medical emergency and was unable to attend my appointment. To which I said, that doesn't make any sense, the therapist just told me that you as the company never looped her in that she had an appointment with me. The woman on the phone said nooo that's not correct, let's just make a new appointment, what day are you available. Immediately, I did not feel respected and this back and fourth was extremely unprofessional. I informed the woman that this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be looking for services elsewhere. Then the woman said okay and hung up. The therapist then texted me that the company didn't put my appointment on the correct date on her schedule. Which makes no sense to me. Why contact me about our appointment on a day that my appointment isn't apparently scheduled for??? Someone or multiple people were lying, I'm unsure. Please save your time and do not go here. They need to improve their custom service greatly.

While its fresh in my mind, I'm giving my honest assessment of literally the most fraudulent,…read morecondescending, imprisoning drug and alcohol treatment center of all time.... First and foremost, to anyone struggling with alcohol or drug addiction, I sympathize with all my heart and wish each and every one of you the best....but these people do NOT care about your well being, your 'recovery' or what happens to you after leaving this garbage program What they do care about is PROFIT....RECO is a revolving door of 'clients' who have adequate insurance coverage....make no mistake....your 'recovery' is an afterthought The 'clinical director' David Levin is a pseudo intellectual, pompous, narcissistic clown. Literally none of the group facilitators respect him....in fact he is a low IQ laughing stock The assigned 'therapists' are literally phoning it in....with the same regurgitated recovery propaganda you will find in every other scam 'rehab' facility in the country If you're struggling with depression, alcohol, or drug problems...I would strongly advise against putting your faith in this pure profit driven joke of a rehab facility....unless you enjoy being literally imprisoned, and endlessly scrutinized by an administration that gets off on spying on your every move nothing about RECO is authentic....its all about keeping you in their program for maximum profit....its not the fault of the part time foul mouthed group facilitators, or the creepy 'therapists'.....its about extending your PHP/IOP residency so the bean counters at RECO corporate can keep raking in $1000+ per day per 'client' I hate even leaving one star I give these frauds a negative 5 stars by the way....David and Jay....you are both complete low IQ halfwits and intellectual posers...you know it...I know it...everybody knows it Both of you come to work and pretend to care about others....you are both employed for a nice paycheck...not to help addicts and alcoholics....you are slaves to a corrupt and foul industry that preys upon unfortunate souls In closing...David Levin....shame on you for posing that you actually care about others...you're a lowlife

I had back surgery a year ago that didn't do much help, so my surgeon recommended Dr. Rosenblatt…read morefor pain management. She met me in the hospital and had me make an appointment for a lower spine epidural. I arrived on time, signed in, then was escorted to a small waiting area for several minutes. An assistant came and got me, brought me into the room, then instructed me to remove my shirt and lay face down on the table. I did so, and a minute later, Dr. Rosenblatt arrived. She began to swab my upper back just below my neck, then inserted a needle three times. Having no idea what to expect, I assumed (bad move) she was numbing my spine prior to doing the lower back epidural. After the third injection, I looked up and asked why she was working on my upper back when the pain I was experiencing was in my lower back. She responded by telling me I was there for neck pain. Concerned, I sat up and told her that no, I was there for lower back and leg pain. She then asked me nonchalantly if my name was Charles McCluskey. Alarmed, I stood up and told her that was not who I was. I then asked her what she had injected into my neck, and she replied with a wave that at least I wouldn't have headaches any time soon because she gave me three doses of steroids. She then proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I signed the paperwork. This was laughable as every doctor I have been too has asked me what my name was and why I was there before doing any kind of procedure. Dr. Rosenblatt's immediate deflection of any kind of wrongdoing is reprehensible. Had she admitted that she had made a mistake, I could have forgiven her. However, she chose to place the blame on me for signing paperwork that her office staff placed in front of me. What would have happened if I had an allergic reaction to the steroids? This office is very unprofessional from the doctor to the staff. Consider another doctor for pain management!
