Marco made what should have been an enjoyable, exciting experience into one that was surprisingly…read morefrustrating. We made it clear from the start what we wanted (a simple gold ring with an olive green sapphire for her and a matching ring and inlaid stone for me) and our budget range. Marco consistently responded with the wrong material, suggestions outside our price range, or some other frustration. At the bottom is a link to our text history, first from my partner's number and then mine (the experience was making her stressed and she wanted me to take over). I've annotated it for easy consumption to show how we were constantly fighting an uphill battle trying to get him to listen to our needs/wants only to be ignored. We tried to remain pleasant and understanding throughout but it became harder and harder as it became obvious he wasn't interested in listening to us. So we decided to not pursue our rings with him further. We found it hard to trust something so special and important to someone who can't follow simple requirements. Or someone who kept giving us options outside of our price range, and who now wants us to trust their judgement and not give any further estimates (even if we brought in our own stones). Or someone who simply seemed disinterested in what we had to say. I confronted him with our texts, explained how we felt, and asked for at least a part of our $500 deposit back. He refused, and when I started to go over our texts to show why we felt justified in asking for our money back, he said the texts "make him look stupid". Well here are the texts for everyone to see his own words, you can make the call yourself. Other gems from our last meeting include him claiming his time is worth $450/hour (to explain keeping the whole deposit) and a "funny" anecdote where he initially estimated $2,500 to repair a ring and ended up charging $12,000 (to justify why he can't give estimates). I have our meeting recorded (single party consent state) if anyone is interested. As a small business owner myself, dealing with shifting and unknown requirements, I understand it's hard to give a price only for something unexpected to pop up, but what I don't understand is how you can treat a customer with such inattention and disregard and still feel justified in keeping any amount of money. I would be filled with shame if I treated a customer this way and then refused to empathize with their experience. Marco strikes me as someone who is excellent to work with if your visions and budget align, but he is disinterested in what you have to say or think if they don't and isn't capable of seeing things from any point of view but his own. Text messages: https://imgur.com/a/JYF3Fm5 Edit: per the owner's response, they tried working with us within our budget; given that the budget was clearly stated at $4k and the the suggested gems themselves were near or more than that, it's pretty obvious Marco either cannot read or was planning on doing the gold ring + labor for free.

The store is located in an office building (you get buzzed in at the door), they don't pay retail rents, don't advertise much (other than word-of-mouth), so their overhead is low and that benefits you as the consumer. Once you go here you will never pay retail for jewelry again. The customer service can't be beat--they want you happy so you come back again. The store isn't huge, but if you don't see what you like, they can either order something or make it for you. I have had lots of custom jewelry work done here, especially my engagement ring, and the work is top-notch. I have also had watch repairs done here, and they have always been spot on. I usually work with Celia, but the two owners are great to deal with, too. Enjoy!!

My husband and I eventually ended up customizing my wedding band with another jeweler (out of state, who had worked on my engagement ring). Well two months later, my finished wedding band ended up being a huge letdown with poor looking craftsmanship, and our wedding was only one week away! With so little time, we had very few options. That's when we went back to Endless Diamonds to see if there was anything they could do. Since we came in so last minute, there wasn't enough time left to custom make a band in time for the wedding. However, Ken was so understanding and actually let me borrow a wedding band so I would at least have something to use for the big day and photos! My custom wedding band from Endless Diamonds was ready the week after I got back from the honeymoon, and it looks just like I had wanted! The store also helped me resize my engagement ring; I just got it back, and I swear it looks even more sparkly than the day I got engaged! My husband and I wanted to get our rings engraved on the inside with our initials and wedding date, and Ken did it for us as a complimentary wedding gift. Though we mostly worked with Ken, Renah was also very helpful and nice when we came to drop off/pick up our rings. I can't stop saying enough good things about Endless Diamonds!
