I actually think their children section is much larger compared to other stores, which I think is perfect for families. Personally I prefer fantasy/fiction books and that specific selection was much smaller compared to other stores, however they had some of the most popular titles. Besides books, they have a nice selection of stationary items, puzzles and other games. They definitely had some very unique finds I hadn't seen anywhere else. Last but not least, they do have a rewards program and for every $100 you spend you get credit to your next purchase which I thought was pretty nice and a good incentive to support local businesses. If you live in the area I would highly recommend joining their program.

I love that they partner with local businesses and display local goods in the store. There's usually parking in the front and side of A House with Books. I perused their stickers and picked up a couple of them. They also have plants for sale near where seating for Casi Cielo is. I ordered the apple cider donut and the London fog (Jane Austen inspired). The cider was crunchy and sweet which paired well with the London fog. There's a beautiful story behind Casi Cielo and I enjoyed meeting the co-owner Marisa. I look forward to my next visit to A house with books.

I took my pouch with the rose quartz and chewing John root and the other items Eric made for me. When I walked into court, I was fully protected. I wasn't anxious. I spoke extremely clearly on the stand whereas my adversary made a complete fool of himself and lost a significant amount of his rights in court. I was confident and said everything I needed to- nothing more and nothing less. I followed up with Eric and Jo a couple weeks later and we discussed the positive outcome. Both of these wonderful people filled me with so much positive energy as they reassured me that I'm on the right path - a path of forgiveness and elevation. It's been quite a journey, but life is so much fuller when you prioritize mental and spiritual health.

They were super busy today as lots of folks were here, but they were also polite and professional. I took a list of events with me. I will return for events and this is my new gift spot. From the few photos and the name, I thought it would be more of a children's bookstore but I was so wrong. As soon as you enter, the amazing staff welcomes you and is eager to help you find any books you are looking for. Right at the entrance they had the fantasy and romance section which is a personal favorite, and I immediately found a couple of books that have been on my list. I absolutely LOVED that they had self published books from indie authors, which is so rare to find at any local bookstore (you usually have to wait for them to be re-published by a publisher to find them anywhere besides Amazon). They also have a children's section which is super cute, and I found a couple of things for my little one. On the top floor they have a couple of couches for you to hang out and a section of used books. Frankly, this was one of the best bookstores I found in the DFW area, and I can't wait to come back and support them!
