I thought i was doing a terrible time explaining my issues but she just got it and immediately started me on a treatment plan that made me feel better right away. Not sure how she did it, but she knows her stuff so well that she did! As I started coming in regularly (3 times/week), both Chelsea and Tim each made an effort to get to know me, listened carefully to whatever I described, were incredibly attentive and truthfully fun to work with. Each of them responded quickly to emails with my questions and concerns and as much as I disliked going because the sessions were painful, they made it easy. I even came in one day literally barely able to walk (I was in PT for my back), and my session for the day was with Tim. He helped me find an urgent care, called ahead for me to make sure I was seen ASAP and literally walked me to my car. He also gave me his number to text him and make sure I was ok. He was required to do none of that and definitely went above and beyond. Scheduling was also a breeze, they have an app that texts you if something else opens up and Lisa who manages the front desk is easy and friendly. Wishing injury on no one, but if you find yourself needing some PT, I highly recommend these guys. Thank all again Chelsea, Tim, Lisa and all of True Sport! Mary and Alexis thoroughly assessed the situation by doing a running analysis, observing me doing various exercises, and taking the time to listen to me describe what was going on. They gave me advice and exercises to improve my running form. After a few weeks of following their advice, there is a noticeable improvement in my running form and my Achilles pain is less frequent. Mary and Alexis were great. I am glad I chose True Sports for physical therapy and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their running form to prevent injury.

Will was a very personable owner. As soon as we walked in he spoke and shook your hand to make you genuinely feel welcome in his domain! The first thing Will had us try was using tennis balls against the wall so you can massage your back, glutes, and thighs. To start the class off we did dynamic stretches to make sure we get the blood flowing (which Will spoke about to explain the reasoning behind it), then we were introduced to the exercise stations. The stations consisted of tire flips, battle ropes, kickboxing, ab work with the balls and I actually realized we forgot about the planks...oopie daisy. To top the workout off Will had us do a very short jog over to the water (which is across the street) so we could do the post workout. He explained all the moves and gave reasoning as to why he would present this as a workout for his class. If you need a great workout and would love to learn more about health and wellness Will is your man!! I had the option of a 30-minute in-person consultation or a 15-minute virtual one both on the same day. I chose to go in person because I wanted to not only learn about the services but also see the space for myself (plus, it was so close!). Shortly after booking, Cara-Michele, the practice owner, called to confirm my appointment and suggested I double-check my insurance coverage. That evening , I arrived a few minutes early, and I'm glad I did. The GPS directions were a little off. The building houses several other businesses, and is secure, requiring visitors to be buzzed in. As soon as I walked into the suite, Cara-Michele greeted me warmly, and I immediately felt comfortable and confident that I was in the right place. Her calm, compassionate demeanor and thoughtful questions helped her understand my needs, and she gave me the space to express my frustrations after so many prior appointments that left me without answers. Cara-Michele walked me through all the services offered, including nutrition and physical training, as well as showed me the equipment and products she uses. While she made no promises, I left that consultation feeling truly hopeful. I scheduled my first acupuncture treatment for the very next day, and the second the day after. I'd had one before at Vita Revive but wasn't as impressed because their door had an opening near the hinge that let cool air in so I didn't feel like I was getting the complete effect. The sauna at Holistic Solutions was state of the art, from the lighting, areas of concentration for the infrared treatment, the lighting, even down to the music (either your own or choose from a selection similar to what you'd expect to hear during a massage session). Cara-Michele was great and seems knowledgeable about her craft (which seems to be overall holistic wellness). She took the time to explain how the sauna works to me and after my session she walked me through all the different programs she offers. I liked that she had a lot of holistic supplements for purchase but I only discovered them from looking around on my own, she didn't try to push them on me like a used cars salesmen. Outside of supplements she also has nutrient powders and shakes but be advised they're not vegan. I have a primary place I already visit for acupuncture but I do plan to visit this place again to try out some of the other services offered.
