Then I go to get my glasses I was told to sit and waitand I waited. The person in the back that is supposed to be waiting on me totally ignored me, walked past me multiple times. I did get my glasses finally from a very nice lady. So, I will never go back again!

I had purchased a pair of eyeglasses from Bouquet Mulligan & Demilo that I somehow damaged and needed a new pair and I went to see what was available and they were running a special on Oakley glasses and I came across a pair that I really wanted and made a purchase and got a discount and some other nice items for free. I recently had a problem with my Oakley's and took them back to see if they could be fixed. In order to fix them they had to order a part. When the part came in I took them back and not only did they fix them, they did it free of charge. Highly recommend this business, great customer service, great technicians and great eye doctors.

I have been a patient here for a while. I would give a zero rating that that doesn't seen to be an…read moreoption. I haven't had a problem until my last eye exam. My prescription changed and they ordered new contacts and did not suggest waiting to see if the new contacts worked. My vision was really off. When I called to see if they could cancel the order they said they had just received the lenses and would incur a restocking fee to return of $20. I told them I was okay with that and they scheduled another appointment to recheck. I just did that and the doctor and his assistance were so nasty about it like it was all my fault he also now has to incur costs to return and it's such a hassle. Dr. Grayden was so unprofessional about it and acted like such a jerk doing the retest I had enough of the horrible treatment and told him if it was that much of a hassle to keep the money and I would go elsewhere for my eyecare needs. In the end I think that was his plan and this place is a total scam. Minus 50 score from me. This place sucks!
