If i could do zero stars I would, 1st a 17 year old was dropped off with nothing but some wrenches…read moreand sockets nothing else asked me if I had a jack so I knew it was gonna be bad. 7 hours and 4 trips to the store that he had to wait for someone to come pick us up take us to the store so I could buy it every thing because apparently there corporate card didn't work for whatever reason. He finally finished up and I went to start my car and had no power at all the damn jumper cables and battery lines were smoking come to find out he mis-wired the alternator harness so I had for wait him to fix that and a job the that should have took 3.5 hours max according to research after I got home cost me 1357 plus the 313 for alternator also 22 for the harness he destroyed taking out oh charged me 33 for misc parts because he had to buy wire nuts to tie the alternator wires that he had to cut and redo because he got it wrong and he only used 3 out the whole box but still charged me the 33 I also have to get my ac charged because he let the freon out because he took the compressor out to get the alternator off so that's gonna cost a 100 or so minimum or more if he screwed up my compressor by undoing the line and letting it spew out. I do not recommend them im looking into seeing if there's any way I can recoup my money or sue them because of the kid taking stuff out that didn't need to be and them charging me for the time it took for his family to come pick us up take us the store 4 separate times and charged me 2.50 a mile each time. I dont know where the guy Robert was but the kids name was Luke and the lady Cristal that picked him up was clearly high on something she was all over the place just not a good business will absolutely take advantage of you if your in a bad situation. I have pictures and video of everything and the itemized invoice so do yourself a favor do not get ripped off by these people. I got my car home but still have to take it somewhere and have the wire it up better and in a more permanent way as well as the ac done.

When I got stranded at a gas station, I was so grateful that Robert and his son offered to fix my…read morebroken axil. They did the work then Robert sent me an email with an Invoice, the total was $2627.61, to put a new axil on. He claimed that it took them 11 hours to fix which equaled $1650.00. He also claimed that he drove 317 miles. He claims that he and his son had to drive to Fort Wayne three times for parts and charged me $792.50. Robert never let me know ahead of time they had to drive to pick up parts, if he would have, I would have driven myself to pick them up. Why should my family pay for them to drive the second and third time because he didn't pick up everything the first trip. Even if he did drive 317 miles, the total should be $475.50...not $792.50. I gave Robert $300 cash up front, my $300 wasn't subtracted from the total due. I have asked him several times for an itemized bill and he yet to provide us one. If this man approaches you to work on your vehicle, RUN! He takes advantage of people who are in distress. He will swear that he is fair and would never screw me over yet, that is exactly what he did.
