Poor customer service. Messed up our taxes and advisor and president like to put the blame back on the customer for a mistake made by the "expert". We paid for them to help and file taxes CORRECTLY, but THEY messed up and refuse to make it right claiming the customer should have "double checked" their paid professional/expert (even though the whole reason we pajd them was for their knowledge). 0/10 recommend. read more
