We paid for them to help and file taxes CORRECTLY, but THEY messed up and refuse to make it right claiming the customer should have "double checked" their paid professional/expert (even though the whole reason we pajd them was for their knowledge). 0/10 recommend.

I'm a recently divorced, mother of two special needs kids. I recently moved down here from the…read morenorthwest Ohio area. I had a financial planner there who was willing to continue working with me despite the distance. But, I was not completely satisfied with our working relationship. He really didn't help me to understand my finances and being recently divorced, it was very important to have a complete understanding of my finances. Also, he never included my two special needs children as part of my financial plan. Actually, he never even asked about them. So, I began to look for a financial planner closer to home and someone who hopefully understood the current and future challenges my children and I would face. Well, surprisingly, I hit the jackpot of financial planners when I met Barry from Rebel financial! Not only is Barry a very educated, savvy, and qualified financial planner, he also throughly understands and specializes in working with special needs families. Right off the bat, Barry wanted to know details about my kids needs, both present and future, and he wanted to know who they are and what they wanted out of life. When we started making my financial plan he automatically included a plan for each of my children. Barry has experience working in special needs financial areas such as waivers, Medicaid, and social security to name a few. Barry is very trustworthy, easy to talk to, and I feel he is genuinely invested in my and my children's future. All the other people I have met at Rebel Financial have been warm and welcoming. I truly feel that I have a financial advocate in my corner with Barry and Rebel Financial.
