I've chatted with the manager a few times and even complimented him on his hard working ethic never shying away from even stocking a shelf. A true sign of a good leader is one who isn't afraid to fill in when things need to be done. The store is usually adequately stocked and carry's a decent variety of product. It is a smaller Albertsons, so don't expect it to have all that you'd find in the mega stores of the bigger nearby cities. The deli always has its popular fried chicken and fresh bread. The produce department does well to keep things stocked and common items are also available at d you only need a little bit, like celery for example. I'll vote for a bigger beer section one day as well! They did add some self checkout machines. I prefer the social aspect of the cashier, but they are there when you need to get out quickly. It can get very busy here at times, but they do quite well at getting people checked out as quickly as possible.

He didn't have anyone else in his line. He felt completely comfortable to just ignore me. I spent quite a few minutes trying to bag up my large amount of groceries. They used to operate out of a food truck in another part of Homedale and have migrated to having their first permanent location. I believe we were told they moved in here in October of 2022. It is a place that has a meat counter for Mexican delicacies, but there are about 6-7 tables where you can dine in and enjoy some great tasting food. My wife and I both ordered the Pollo Asado plate along with a side of guacamole and some fried jalapeños. I can honestly say that everything was prepared very well and have great flavor. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and the guacamole was obviously made fresh. That, in itself, was a bonus. No mass produced guacamole! The rice and beans were a perfect portion size for the meal, and the three tortillas were soft and warm. We both left satisfied and not over stuffed! There is a small area where they sell tortillas and Mexican spices. This is good to know since we like to make our own Mexican style sauces at home. We love supporting small business whenever we can. Next trip we're gonna have to try the Jalapeño taco. They made them sound very tempting while we were eating our meal!

As of recently, last 2 visits which were after 8 p.m. ive been treated so terribly by a new employee of at least new to me. The last experience I had to use the self check out which I absolutely hate. Nothing ever goes well and this night was no different except for the rude treatment from this employee. She treated me like I was an idiot and made it very clear that I was getting on her nerves because she had to help me several times. Well tonite I got to be checked out by her again. I stood at the #1 checkout for several minutes while she swept the new self checkout area. She looked at me a couple of times and continued to sweep like I wssnt there. A younger girl that bags and brings in carts asked if I had been helped to which I replied NO and pointed to Diesta or something similar to that name and told her she had ignored me. She approached her and told her I was needing checkout out and she told her she was busy talking to a customer which by the way had barely started talking with her. I've never seen him without a smile on his face and he always gives you a wave if he's outside. If you need anything they are more than willing to get it in for you and make sure you're taken care of. There aren't many hometown stores or people like them anymore and I always look forward to going in, getting my stuff and enjoying a chat with everyone in there! One of my friends came into the store to return a few cans of unopened cat food and when he was…read moretold that "they had never returned anything in the history of Logans" he complained in a raised voice. There was no physical reaction from him whatsoever. The lady who waited on him decided to throw him out of the store. She then called the police on him who showed up at his house 30 minutes later to inform him that he was no longer allowed in the store. When he told the police officer that he banked there he was informed that he would need to go to Ontario to do that as well. My friend is a Vietnam Veteran. He was thrown out of Logans on Veteran's Day for making a simple comment when he couldn't return cat food. I'm so glad that I don't shop at Logans. I will let everyone I know how they treat Veterans on their day of the year, to do the same. Rather unpatriotic. Shame on anyone involved in this issue.

Pay close attention to prices…read more This store (and the adjoining ACE hardware) routinely charge a higher price at checkout without updating price info on the shelves. I complained to a manager when first noticed and was informed they have routine store audits and she is confident shelf prices are accurate. I have not noticed an improvement. I routinely take a photo of the shelf price to share during checkout. Strange the price discrepancy is never in favor of the customer.
