I only say on and off because it depends on availability, location and where I was residing at the time. I have always had exceptional service, the doctors are always incredible, have great bed side manner. I also have brought my children and the staff has always been so patient with them. The offer many services from dental, mental health and to a wide variety of ages. They offer assistance to those who need it or are without insurance. I have never used it but have met patients in the waiting room who thrived about how easy and smooth the process was. They also told me what a breathe of fresh air it was to know they are getting great treatment without worrying about how they are going to be able to pay for the services. I wish there were more locations in my area besides dental as I would be going to Compass more often.

We left with the Harris County Guardianship recommendation in our hands. We are very grateful for the experience.

At first, I was eager to work with this company. They seemed compassionate, sincere and…read moreknowledgeable! We were referred here by cps and that's where it went left ! They came in our home to access the child and diagnose him, cool, loved that meeting. The next meeting we went out to meet a dr. For further diagnosis. That appointment went smooth but he didn't observe the child he just went on the word of the therapist. First red flag! Then we go on to the next phase, which will be play therapy. They partner us with a person by the name of Tiffany. She comes in the home the first visit was a meet and greet and a care plan. Cool visit, nice vibes. As time goes on we are ready to start play therapy, the first visit we set up Tiffany had to cancel (last minute at that ! ) after I already set my day aside. Second red flag ! Okay so we set up another date for another session as I'm voicing my concerns about the child's mental health. Tiffany didn't show up or bother to communicate with us ! That was my final straw. I call up the owner and she tells me(instead of acknowledging how unprofessional they are ) tells me someone called up there and said to discharge us. And the people she lied on opened and investigation and no one ever called there to discharge us. This company is a joke stay far away they only want the state money.

I won't go on about them, but I will say I was at their mercy and was dissatisfied with a few. Very dissatisfied! I found it nearly impossible to find a primary doctor that I liked or made me feel like more than a number. I finally met Dr. Lableu and I almost feel I hit the lottery! Finally, a doctor who cares! I needed a medical doctor to help me with my obesity, and overall health. She has been helping me with that and other issues. She even shared with me her own struggles with weight, which helped me to not be embarrassed about my situation. Dr. Lableu felt like a friend right away. She actually listened to my concerns and took ample time to ask me questions about my overall health. She loves what she does(that is the first thing I noticed), and is always upbeat. I love that about her. She has partnered with another qualified doctor (Dr. Kenneth), and well, you feel the warmth and kindness as soon as you enter their office. I have never had what I would call a pleasant time at a doctors office, but this place has got it going on! They look after your overall health, they encourage you, and teach you how to be proactive in your health. Their practice believes in the whole person, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I feel safe with them and actually look forward for when I have an appointment. I just love them!! S. P. Sugar Land, Texas
