I have been Nancy's client for over two years. She is the most helpful, knowledgeable, intuitive…read morecounselor I have ever worked with. Nancy is a superb life coach and makes me feel that she is truly a partner in resolving my personal issues. I find her to be a very wise and thoughtful advisor who has consistently provided me with profound, essential insights that are invaluable to my understanding of personal situations. Nancy has counseled many of my family members and is able to maintain fairness and mutual respect in difficult situations. She has been an essential part of my growth and awareness. Nancy has supported and challenged me simultaneously through many difficulties that I am sure are challenges for therapists to manage. She is "no nonsense" with a huge helping of compassion and empathy thrown in too. Nancy is genuinely devoted to the success of her clients. She is honest, caring, and easily the best counselor I have ever had. I truly cannot recommend her enough. If I sent my family to her, that should speak volumes. :)

I only say on and off because it depends on availability, location and where I was residing at the time. I have always had exceptional service, the doctors are always incredible, have great bed side manner. I also have brought my children and the staff has always been so patient with them. The offer many services from dental, mental health and to a wide variety of ages. They offer assistance to those who need it or are without insurance. I have never used it but have met patients in the waiting room who thrived about how easy and smooth the process was. They also told me what a breathe of fresh air it was to know they are getting great treatment without worrying about how they are going to be able to pay for the services. I wish there were more locations in my area besides dental as I would be going to Compass more often.

If you're not privy to ABA lango, they provide you with pretty graphs that have little to no use when it comes down to tackling problem behavior. There is no Plan of Care in place. This company is "playing" ABA, which in my opinion is more harmful than not providing quality care. We wasted so much precious time. I cannot stress enough how important it is to do your research on this company. Parents educate yourselves.
