I needed to make an appointment because my fiance's bond on his retainer broke off. When I explained to them what happened the receptionist told me that Dr. Cherre cannot do anything for him because he did not put in the retainer. He won't work on others previous work. She then started saying that if he did come in it would be a whole day ordeal and he needs time in advance to be prepared for this. All of this made me believe that the Orthodontist was snooty and pretentious about his patients. The receptionist was not very knowledgeable when it came to answering simple questions. She did not help me with my issue she did not know anything about taking down an Insurance card number she was only good at telling me how busy the office was. She is very clear about work being done in a way that erases any worries--I can say that she is one of a very small number of doctors I 100% trust.
