The final straw was this past December. My daughter was seen and diagnosed with two cavities, but we were told the soonest they could treat them was June. At the time she wasn't in pain, so I trusted their guidance. Fast forward to now--she was just fitted for Invisalign, and the pressure caused severe pain in the teeth with the cavities. She was crying and in extreme discomfort. I contacted the office explaining the situation and was told they still could not see her any sooner. There was no emergency accommodation, no concern, and no attempt to help. We were simply told to find another dentist. Allowing a child to go six months with multiple cavities and refusing to help when they are in obvious pain is unacceptable. This office showed zero compassion or urgency, and it's clear they do not prioritize their pediatric patients' well-being. I will be pulling my kids from this practice. I would not recommend this office to any parent who expects timely care and concern for their child.

I called APD and told them the problem (emergency broken in half teeth causing immense pain), that we needed to confirm that they could take him soon and do it all because I did find a dentist who could but wanted him to see a pediatric dentist if he could. They agreed by phone, before the apt to take out both teeth and address the chipped one so my son would no longer be in agony over them. They said they had more than enough time to do so due to a cancellation. We waited 2 days and showed up. My son fully cooperated, the doctor quickly, roughly gave him the shot, then removed only one broken in half tooth and announced he would not complete the job with the other teeth because he had "had a day already". The assistant then said they were also booked too close to another apt they just took that day to fill the spot for routine care so my son's emergency care was being cut short to give that time needed for a routine visit apt! She went onto to say "people like us" should just feel grateful for whatever we got since we got lucky with the time being open for anything just 2 days prior when we called because that rarely happens, then she insulted me and told me I should just take my son the hell home and they could possibly get him in for the rest the next week but to check the woman at the exit desk! I asked the front desk woman if I could speak to the doctor about it and she told me "whatever upset her, is probably your fault". I was blown away by the horrible attitude and lack of professionalism all around. Why on Earth would an office be so rude, why would a doctor announce after one tooth is extracted that they are not doing the other emergency extraction to the tooth next to the one they removed instead of informing ahead of time to the parent, and why would they book routine care into an emergency apt spot then give it priority over the child in a dental emergency? I called the backup dentist I had at another office and they took care of my son the next day. My son was in the car crying all the way home from APD because he was in pain from his tooth still and because he didn't understand why they took on tooth and not the other to stop the pain.

She was uncomfortable at first for the teeth cleaning so instead of forcing her, they took a break and did the dental exam. When it got back to the teeth cleaning she was more comfortable. They have TV's above head to watch with cartoons on them. My dentist office doesn't even offer that! I would definitely recommend this place for infants, toddlers and other kiddos to come get there teeth cleaned here, great for a pediatric dentistry. Last week, both of my kids had a dental appointment(5/18) and both ended up throwing up that morning. I called and rescheduled their appointments for Wednesday (5/27) . My husband has been deployed the last 2 months and I work an 8-5 job in healthcare. He came home and was able to put in leave immediately to take them to their dental appointment on Wednesday. On Tuesday night,after my 10 hour work day, I notice my text messages asking me to confirm the appointments, so I responded we would be there so they knew we were coming. I noticed a call coming in around 8:30am on Wednesday morning. I recognized the number and was not with a patient, so I was able to answer. I was informed that our appointments were cancelled because we did not confirm the appointment. Like I mentioned, I work in healthcare. We absolutely do not (&have never at any of the places I've worked) cancel appointments due to not having confirmation . People plan around appointments, take leave and time off around appointments. And while I completely understand that the offices time (& providers time) is valuable, my time is valuable as well. We have decided to change offices and providers. When I schedule an appointment, I make plans and make arrangements to keep the appointment. Especially since this specific appointment was scheduled the week before.

He provides all of the information needed for you and helps you to make a decision on what treatment plan is best including making sure to tell you if it's appropriate to wait and see at next visit. There are iPads in the waiting area for the kids to play on and the dental chairs all have TVs on the ceiling to help keep patients distracted during the cleanings/procedures! His staff are incredibly kind, patient, and caring and honestly was the best/easiest X-ray experience I've ever had! The office is very nice, clean, and up to date with extremely kid friendly decor/color scheme. I highly recommend this office!

They were absolutely wonderful with my 4yo and 2yo (first time for the latter). The staff were welcoming and made my kiddos feel at ease. Both walked out with smiles on their faces.
