The final straw was this past December. My daughter was seen and diagnosed with two cavities, but we were told the soonest they could treat them was June. At the time she wasn't in pain, so I trusted their guidance. Fast forward to now--she was just fitted for Invisalign, and the pressure caused severe pain in the teeth with the cavities. She was crying and in extreme discomfort. I contacted the office explaining the situation and was told they still could not see her any sooner. There was no emergency accommodation, no concern, and no attempt to help. We were simply told to find another dentist. Allowing a child to go six months with multiple cavities and refusing to help when they are in obvious pain is unacceptable. This office showed zero compassion or urgency, and it's clear they do not prioritize their pediatric patients' well-being. I will be pulling my kids from this practice. I would not recommend this office to any parent who expects timely care and concern for their child.

Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and so reassuring. They took the time to explain everything in a kid-friendly way and never rushed us, which made such a difference. By the end of the visit, my kids were smiling and proud of themselves instead of scared. (My daughter even asked if she could have a sleep over there lol!) As a parent, it means everything to know your children are in caring, trustworthy hands. We are so grateful for this amazing team and can't recommend them enough!

Everyone from the front desk team to the dental assistants to Dr. Hahn herself are friendly, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. Going to the dentist can be scary (for both kids and adults!) and Dr. Hahn's bedside manner is exceptional. She is very clear about work being done in a way that erases any worries--I can say that she is one of a very small number of doctors I 100% trust. In addition to keeping my family's teeth in tip-top shape, examining x-rays from a different office to provide a second option, and repairing 2 broken teeth after an accident, I've observed Dr. Hahn work wonders for kiddos with special needs. She goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. During a visit this summer, I watched as a child who came in crying with nerves asked to give Dr. Hahn a hug in the way out. Who hugs their dentist?! No bigger five star review than that!

I now have insurance as well so I researched dentists on the insurance website. I located a dentist in my plan and called the office, only to learn that this dentist had retired and Dr. Burgdorf was now practicing in this location. I scheduled my new patient appointment and was able to get in within 3 weeks. I read the reviews the morning of my appointment and found them to be quite favorable so I was feeling very comfortable with my choice. After arriving and being greeted very warmly by Amy, Linda, the hygienist, walked me through the initial portion of the exam with a very thorough explanation. When Dr. Burgdorf arrived in the exam room he greeted me in a very warm manner as well and explained every step of the way in a positive and supportive way. He was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I had told him that it has been a long time since I was seen by a dentist and it was largely due to embarrassment of the condition of my teeth. He assured me that this was a judgment-free office and his job was to help me achieve my dental goals. I have a lot of work ahead of me but I feel very confident that it is going to result in amazing dental work in place and a lifelong dentist. I even brought home information to my daughter to encourage her to schedule an appointment for her needs. I would strongly recommend Dr. Burgdorf to anyone who is looking for a professional, compassionate dentist who offers a no-pressure approach to dentistry.
