I called to ask if B&B would be able to get it ready for my parents to pick it up and haul it to us. Mark and the whole B&B team exceeded our expectations! The boat and trailer had been sitting for two years. B&B Watercraft went and picked it up. They diagnosed the boat and trailer. They made their recommendations and they made the repairs, after checking with me. They water tested it to make sure it was running well. My dad had to take over in the communication department because we did not want my husband to know what was happening. They were very accommodating and to make a long story short....we pulled it off! Our seafaring boat is now in the ocean and we could not have done it without B&B! We highly recommend B&B Watercraft for your Jackson Lake or beyond needs!

    If I could give this "business" a 0 I would. Last year we took our Waverunner here for repair. They…read morereplaced the motor and we ran it for 1 day, and it broke again. Since the motor was under warranty, they ordered another one, and charged us another $600 to put the 2nd motor in. It ran for several months and then started running rough. We decided to replace the spark plugs, and noticed 1 spark plug was completely burned up. Come to find out, they put the wrong spark plugs in which destroyed the 2nd motor! The motor is under warranty but we can't get hold of Brad to contact the company that sold him (B&B) the motor. We have called, went by in person, and left messages to no avail. We are now out $2600 and have nothing to show for it!

    "Hey Brad, we rented from you guys back in April (25th) for the full day and had a bad experience…read morewhen your boat broke down around 1:15 pm and we had to swim it to the dock at the GA Power beach. Mark returned our money was very apologetic and courteous. Decided to give ya'll a second try today (July 19th) and I am absolutely astonished at how bad your employees handled today. I reached out to Mark Ware on Tuesday July 14th and asked if you guys had availability for the following Saturday the 18th. He replied that no you didn't, but you did have one available for Sunday the 19th (today). Reserved that with him Wednesday and gave my Credit Card information to Daniel over the phone at 2:50 pm to reserve the boat. Texted Mark this morning to tell him we were on our way to Berry's boat dock. Got a response after we had been sitting there waiting on someone to show up at 9:56 this morning stating "I'm at the fire department today I tried to call Daniel Yancy to make sure he is coming". I asked him for Daniel's number and got no response. Luckily Berry the dock owner had your mechanic's number (Shane) and called him to reach out since Mark wouldn't give me Daniels number to contact him to find out what was going on. I spoke to Shane Plunkett on the phone and he stated Daniel said I NEVER GAVE HIM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO RESERVE THE BOAT AND THERE WAS NO BOAT AVAILABLE. Berry had to relay this information to me through Shane, NONE of your employees would talk to me and explain whatever happened. Does Berry work for you? Or do Shane Plunkett, Mark Ware and Daniel Yancy work for you, because they definitely dropped the ball today. Your employees did a piss poor job of arranging this rental and following through with a boat rental I have in text message (screenshots attached) that we reserved and in fact gave Daniel my information over the phone to reserve it. To my understanding you are on vacation at the moment according to Berry, your employees will run your business into the ground before you get back at this rate. My parents drove down from Charlotte, NC to specifically join us today on Lake Jackson. That's a 4.5 hour loss, an hour loss waiting on your non-existent employees at Berry's and honestly a day wasted. I am severely disappointed in Jackson Lake Marine and hope nobody else rents from you with customer service like this." I have yet to receive any explanation from this company.

    I dropped my jet skis off on June 4th and it is now August 22nd and I still haven't gotten them…read moreback. I was quoted 2 weeks when I dropped them off and it's now been almost 3 months and I'm still being charged $300 and they told me they can't fix it. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any Marina I've ever been to. I only got to ride once the entire summer and the riding season is coming to a close.

    Two men came to our office to replace the air filters. One was an older gentleman and the other…read morelooked like a teenager. They left the walls filthy. It was pointed out. The response was, "yeah, I hear you." Then they proceeded to finish changing the remaining air filters and left. The wall is still scuffed up and dirty. Very unprofessional.

    I have been using them since I bought my house in 2003. They are a family business, and always…read morekind and friendly. The first time I called them, the issue turned out to be a wire shorting out the HVAC system. Once they fixed that, issues down the line began to reveal themselves one at a time as each one was fixed. They ended up having to come back three times, and never charged me other than for the first visit, not even for time or materials. I signed up for their maintenance contract program where they come out every spring and fall, change the filter, check everything out, and start the heat or air to make sure everything is running right before winter or summer gets going. When the original outside unit went bad, it was the middle of an epic heat wave and, even though I know they were swamped with calls, they came out the next morning. When I expressed surprise that they could come out the next day, I was told that maintenance contract customers get priority. They could have told me I needed to replace both the indoor and outdoor unit and charged me a fortune, but they were honest and told me that I could just replace the outdoor unit for about half the price. I recommend them to everyone. Even my ex-husband signed up with them, and during the years that my son was driving and still in school, they would set up both of our maintenance visits on the same day and follow my son from one house to the other so he could let them in. They even got so used to us that, whichever one of us called first, they would ask if we wanted to go ahead and set up both visits on the same call.
