We went here last night for dinner and it was our first time but not the last. I am a sucker for a…read moregood martini list and they had some fun ones so we tried several. At $9-10 each why not! Blueberry Lemon Drop was good, but the Watermelon was my favorite. We also tried the caramel apple and it was good too. For dinner I got the pork tenderloin sandwich with onion rings. Both were delicious and the server said all were made in house. What I loved about the onion rings was the super thick and crunchy beer batter. We also got some sort or chicken bowl that was a lot of food. Came with chips. That's not my particular thing but the person who ordered it loved it. They make all their own dressings and believe me when I tell you the spicy ranch is spicy. I loaded my onion ring up with that ranch and I thought I was going to pass out it was so hot. I still ate it just not as much at one of time. They have plenty of seating at the bar or tables inside and a few outside tables by the street where we saw people take advantage of the nice weather and brought their dogs. They have a small stage where they have live performances, I think someone was coming last night we were just there too early. They have pull tabs for those who are gamblers. The place was really clean and staff were friendly yet busy. Parking can be tricky so be prepared to walk some during peak times.

We were lucky to catch some live music too! They have a great been selection and incredible cocktails too. My favorite is the Spicy Jalapeño Mule!! I also highly recommend the Loaded Waffle Fries and the Asian Zing wings!! Delicious! Our server was really sweet and great too! Good times!

We needed a cheaper option than the auditorium…read moreseating and I have some mobility challenges that make it difficult for me to sit on the ground or use beach style camp chairs. We asked for ADA seating to accommodate my needs. I noticed all areas were clean and in good repair. Walking in, there was a large courtyard area with many options for food and drinks as well as merch sales. There are also plentiful, clean restrooms. An attendant showed us to the ADA area when asked. She took the time to wipe off our seats with a towel to dry the rain off of them. There was a supply of folding chairs at the pavilion where we were seated as well as ample space for wheelchairs. It was a good view of the stage as well. The quality of sound of both the opening and headlining acts was excellent. The large video screens are nice to see a closer view in real time. The one closest to us had a big section blacked out but there were several others to look at and it did not decrease enjoyment. My only issue were the ridiculously high prices for drinks. We spent almost as much on drinks as we did on tickets and we did not drink that much. Pricing was comparable to a big music festival. That was disappointing, but not that surprising. One more note, it's worth it to pay for priority parking. However, parking, entering and exiting were pretty fast and well organized. We really enjoyed our experience here and as it is a close enough drive to Louisville that we could comfortably come home that same night, we will be on the lookout for other artists we would like to see at this venue.

First show here this weekend (DMB). The sound and layout are great, the staff I interacted with…read morewere friendly, and the amenities (e.g. food options etc.) are fine. I'll be back for a show in a couple of months and see how that compares. The biggest knock against it is that it is a s**tshow once you get out of a concert. No signage, no layouts, not enough lights along the paths to the different parking lots. Whether you parked or need a rideshare, you're in for a haul. No cell signals. Getting into the show at the start of the night was a bit chaotic too-- we parked in a lot and walked where we were told to when we asked for directions to the west gate (though the staff member had no idea what "west gate" meant, he took his best guess-- and once we got there it read "west gate" in marker along the entryway). This led us into an area near the gate entry bypassing security until someone eventually ushered all of us who had ended up there out to a longer line at a different gate. As fan club members for the band we were supposed to have early entry and our own line, which we eventually did at the last minute as they combed through the GA line to redirect folks. I won't downgrade them for the drink prices though they are predictably outrageous-- $20 a beer and up. I simply stick to the water refill stations in these bigger venues because I never need a beer that bad, and not paying those prices should in time lower them to a reasonable level. Parking is fairly priced ($20 in advance, $25 day of). Plenty of porta potties and some bathrooms. We drove and parked this time, I'm doing rideshare next time--though that looks haphazard because though internet research tells me gate 2A is for rideshare, it's not labelled when the show ends to tell you how to get to that or any gate and you're forced to walk along with the flow of traffic. And getting an uber out of here would be impossible without a cell signal, but I hear there's a walkway to get you out of the general area and into a more populated business area so that's what I will try. TL:DR-- for a mid-sized outdoor venue this one is good to solid, great sound/acoustics. The organization and entrance/exit leave a lot to be desired.

They played a good mix of classic and modern music that we all appreciated, and it felt like they tailored their set lists to our group incredibly well. I also have nothing but good things to say about working with them in getting the gigs scheduled. They have always been quick to respond, easy to work with, and inspired plenty of confidence leading up to a show. Highly recommend these guys - they rock!

Their mix of classic rock anthems (and a couple Halloween-themed surprises for the crowd) had everyone dancing and singing along ALL NIGHT LONG! The vocals were powerful, the guitar work was insane, and the rhythm section kept things tight and driving all night. These guys know how to command a room and deliver an engaging performance! Beyond their incredible talent and stage presence, what really stood out was their professionalism. The band showed up early, fully prepared, and worked seamlessly with the event organizers. Setup, soundcheck, and coordination were smooth as could be--they're clearly seasoned pros who know how to handle a big event. For the level of talent and performance they delivered, Roughouse is more than fairly priced. They brought the atmosphere, the energy, and a concert-quality sound! Worth every single penny--and then some. It wasn't just a show--it was a full-blown experience. The themed outfits, the stage presence, the seamless crowd interaction--it all added up to be one of the most memorable and fun Irvington Halloween Balls. If you want a band for a wedding, a corporate event, a Halloween Festival , or anything in between. Look no further!!!! RougHouse brings top-tier musicianship, a professional and hassle-free experience, with tons of fun and energy....5 stars! No question!
