We got a very cute house at a really competitive price with no hidden costs and even one perk, landscaping is included. No pet rent or weird admin fees. The house had a very long term tenant and is charming and old classic classy place. They replaced the washer/dryer with new. Even though the old might have had a few more years left. Also, when a minor plumbing situation came up they immediately responded to get it fixed. Guess what things happen what maters is that I don't have to deal with any of it LOL! thank guys!!!

Was very displeased with the service received from my real estate agent here, Char. Not responsive…read moreto inquiries, not good at communicating with us. They Did not offer any staging advice whatsoever. The pictures from their "photographer" were abysmal. They acted like I was crazy when I complained. They promised new pictures but it never happened. We were also promised a virtual tour and a cd copy. Never happened. A broker open house or something would have been nice, but we received almost no marketing. Other realtors expressed surprise at the lack of marketing for our home. After our house sold, we never heard from them again. I mean, never. You just made a ton of money off us and did no work, the least you could do was write a thank you note. I am pretty sure most real estate agents extend this courtesy when a house sells. There are a ton of real estate agents in Vancouver. Use someone else who might actually do a little work to sell your home.

She was also extremely flexible in terms of scheduling, available to meet early or late during the week and on weekends. Kimberly went above and beyond for us as clients. She'd call on properties as we drove by signs, she'd knock on doors to inquire about homes, she'd schedule viewings on the spot, and she always had refreshments and fun treats for us! A quick preface. We have owned a home in Longview since 2005 and due to military transfer orders,…read morehas sat empty since April of 2009. We have been trying to sell this property ever since and, in the process, hired a myriad of differing agents and RE brokerage firms over the years. Living on the East Coast for the majority of that time period made it extremely difficult to manage hence, we needed a real estate agent who was more than a transactionally fixed individual, we needed someone who would be our advocate and partner throughout the process. We ended up w./ agents who were either aloof, uncommunicative, unreliable and/or solely fixed on the transaction rather than understanding our situation and needs as sellers. It was extremely frustrating. This was the case for the better part of 8+ years until we were then fortunate enough to be referred to Sally Blair of Keller Williams (Vancouver Office) via a friend who is a retired Marine, Dean Arnold, who works out of Keller Williams Cherry Point NC office. In short, she has been wonderful right from the start. She exudes passion, determination, professionalism, advocacy and doggedness in everything she does. It was a refreshing and welcome change. She, and her assistance Courtney, has been our partners in this all along the way, as it should be. When we listed it w./Sally, it was on the market less than 2 days and we had our first offer (which we accepted) with others in the pipeline. We could not believe it when we saw the e-mail, 'Offer on Home.' After nearly 10 years of frustration and angst, it was, and is still, a bit surreal! Bottom line: If you want a partner who is truly invested in you, in being your partner and advocate, and not solely fixed on the transaction, then Sally is your agent. Highest recommendation! Thank you, Sally Blair and Associates!!

I contacted Yamuna Benedict based on the recommendation of a mutual friend, and I am extremely satisfied with the service we received. From the beginning, Yamuna was enthusiastic, responsive, and very professional. She somehow managed to communicate well both with me, using real estate jargon and speaking to me as a colleague, and with my husband, who needed everything put in layman's terms. We also received assistance from William Shpak, who took us to some of our showings and was with us the day we found the home we decided to buy. William is bright and personable and extremely pleasant to work with. Yamuna did a great job negotiating our offer and got us under contract at a price and terms we were very comfortable with. Throughout the escrow process, the entire team at Peggy Hoag was excellent, keeping everything on track and providing us with all the information we needed. And even though we were buying a house in the middle of the pandemic, the process was just as smooth as it would have been anytime, and we closed on time. I would definitely recommend Yamuna and William to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and I look forward to working with them again.
