Moshe, therefore, is honest and trustworthy, and that is hard to find nowadays in the finance arena. Thanks, Moshe!

When my brother and I lost our parents we were left with the hard decision to make and a lot of things to do. I was in a cold dark place and I wanted to keep the home but circumstances came along and we had to sell. When I called Jacqueline she was so kind and she said she was honored that we picked her for this chapter in our lives. She has a unique way of saying things, I love it. Jacqueline got to work, she helped us every step of the way to get the house ready. When she put the house on the market at a fair price we all agreed on, it sold in 2 weeks. The last night we owned the house she surprised my brother and I with a beautiful fun dinner, with all kinds of food, cake, and everything so that the last night in our parents hone was not sad, but happy. I have never been so surprised in my life, it was magical. Jacqueline has had a positive impact in my life and I will be forever thankful for all her help. Later Jacqueline gave us each a book with our parent's picture on the front and inside pictures of the party and the home they lived in. We both will cherish these books forever. Jacqueline is a beautiful human being inside and outside, she is amazing. Sherry Ornelas

Jacqueline, In my many years of business and sold and…read morepurchased (5) homes over the last 20 years, I would like to thank you for your professionalism, level of detail, and incredibly fast turn around in the sale of my property. In today´s slow market as we are currently experiencing, where homes are staying on the market an average of 120-days you exceeded everyone's expectations by having multiple offers in only 5-days and well above market value - the neighbors truly appreciate you bringing back up the neighborhood home values. Your level of detail in regards to competitive properties, professionally marketing my home, setting a realistic price while meeting my expectations, qualifying the potential buyers, and negotiating a rapid escrow has made this a pleasurable and pleasing sale and business relationship. In addition, with the sale of my current home, I would like to thank you for finding my next home. Not only did this property meet all of my criteria, but exceeded my expectations for price of 37,000 well under market value. I also thank you for introducing me to an honest lender that got me an incredible rate much lower than expected, thanks to you for pushing me to get a good faith agreement and lock rate. You took the time to walk my wife and me through each step as well as always informing us with updates through your phone calls, emails and that great 24hr online live update status created personally for our transaction. At the end of our transaction, Jacqueline selfishly donated a percentage of her commission to a charity organization of our choice, in our name. This was no surprise to me, as Jacqueline demonstrated many kind-hearted acts throughout the entire transaction, like the wonderful, thoughtful key ceremony you gave when I walked through the door as the new owner. The food, Champaign, balloons and gifts were all very much appreciated - again another one of your thoughtful acts of kindness to make sure every moment was special. I appreciate your efforts. I am not only a satisfied client but now also a friend. Best regards Thomas Paterniti

From day one, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home, not just a home. Chris took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that actually made sense, answered our endless questions without hesitation, and always made us feel like a priority. We never felt pressured, rushed, or in the dark. His responsiveness was incredible, and we always felt confident knowing he was advocating for us every step of the way. What really stood out was how well he understood our needs and budget, and how honest and thoughtful his advice was. Especially important for first-time buyers like us, Chris truly always "knows a guy" to help out with any number of specialized needs that pop up over the home buying experience. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we found a home we truly love, and the entire experience was far smoother and less stressful than we ever imagined. We live outside of California, but had an undeveloped lot that we wanted to sell. It's difficult to…read morefind a good real estate agent, even more so without the benefit of being able to actually meet the person. We were referred to Michelle Bassett by a local real estate appraiser we had previously worked with. With one of us having had a parent who once owned a brokerage and both of us having rehabbed and sold several properties, we have had contact with many, many agents over the years. The majority of them are underwhelming, putting in the minimum effort in order to extract the maximum commission. We listed a low-priced parcel with Michelle, which does not result in much of a commission. She was very organized, made sure we were constantly apprised with the activity on our listing, and aggressively marketed the property. We believe that our property would not have sold when it did without her. We would have been very impressed with her service had we listed a million-dollar property with her, but the fact that she provided the level of service that she did for a lot that resulted in a low commission is outstanding. She knows the market in the area very well and seems to truly enjoy what she does, with how much she's going to make off a deal not even seeming to factor in to the level of service she provides. We highly, highly recommend her.

After having a bad experience in selling another property previously, we chose to come up with criteria to find that perfect someone. We, as a family, already had plenty of emotional challenges and stresses to deal with so it was important for us to adhere to guideline #1. 1. Seek Referrals 2. Choose the Person, Not the Experience 3. Remember Chemistry is Key 4. Find Someone Who has your Best Interests at Heart 5. Go with your gut feeling 6. Find an agent you can Trust 7. Look for Passion, Conviction and Honesty 8. Make sure they offer adequate support 9. Check if they mitigate risk 10. Look for core values 11. Find a compassionate agent who understands you 12. Track record and inventory 13. Seek Clear Lines of Communication We were referred with ONE referral - Heidi Dickens. We set to meet with Heidi and one meeting is all it took to know that she was the ONE! Heidi may have an extensive and impressive experience but the person that she is - caring, compassionate, ethical, professional, wonderful communicator, knows the way the world of social media, and so much more - she was our perfect fit! We signed our contract with Heidi prior to the COVID19 pandemic. No one could have ever imagined how upside-down our world would be once the quarantine and stay at home mandates began. Heidi through all of this added challenge remained, caring and so very thoughtful. Despite having already staged the house, prepared the video showcase for the property, and other arrangements, she put US first! Throughout the entire process, Heidi made it clear to us that her approach to working with us would be that she took ownership of EVERYTHING. From understanding that we did not want a lock box at the door, to understanding we also wanted to make sure she would be there for any and every showing. To understanding that I was a control freak about making sure I knew when she would be at the property, or when anyone she worked with was at the property. She took the time to understand each and every one in our family, including our quirks and personalities. If our experience with Heidi is any indicator of how she is with all her clients, then, she is definitely one who will put her client's interest first. She is not only passionate about being the best Real Estate agent, but she truly knows her stuff when it comes to real estate rules and regulations. She works with an exemplary team that made this process as bearable because of the emotional strain this was on us. Her team was just as amazing as Heidi herself. It takes a very special person to lead the efforts to the level that Heidi did for us. Which, by the way, if one were to look at her other reviews, shows that she definitely takes pride in doing the best on behalf of her clients....continuously! As I mentioned, Heidi had the added challenge of dealing with the quarantine and social distancing guidelines that were constantly changing while working on selling our property. She made sure that the appropriate steps were taken to ensure that anyone, once the quarantine was eased to allow viewing again of the home, remained secure and met the guidelines for ensuring the safety of all parties. When other agents tried to circumvent the process, Heidi made sure to protect our rights and interest. And, she did so with professionalism, ethics and grace. Her weekly communications were an added benefit too. I firmly believe that we not only had an amazing experience having Heidi as our real estate agent but I think we were blessed to have gained a friend as well. There would be NO hesitation on our part to recommend Heidi and her team at Village Properties. She truly is a remarkable human being and real estate agent.
