Three years ago, we cautiously dipped our toes into the Pflugerville market, exploring model homes and new construction communities, quickly realizing just how challenging it could be to begin the process. We met Fara through mutual friends who, at the time, had just gone through the home buying process with her. Even as we explored various neighborhoods, Fara met us in-person for walk-throughs to nail down exactly what we wanted, even though we still weren't ready. Even then, she never pressured us or rushed the process. Fast forward three years later, we were interested in a specific lot and knew we had to bring Fara in - she stepped right back in without missing a beat. Fara was always available to answer questions, take calls, calm nerves, and simply check in to make sure we were doing okay. She even helped us navigate contract conversations with our landlord at the time, ensuring the move-out process was done by the book. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless, exciting, and even fun. Fara brought professionalism, longtime market expertise, and advocacy to our first home buying experience and we could not be more grateful for her support and guidance during this time. Her patience is unmatched and you can tell she truly values her relationship building in her business. Watching Fara work was truly impressive. She is a fierce professional who fights for what's right, while always keeping her clients' wants, needs, and best interests at the center of everything. We never once felt overlooked or unsure, instead we felt protected, informed, and genuinely cared for. We cannot recommend Fara Kosari enough. If you're looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, dedicated, compassionate, and truly exceptional at what she does, Fara is the one. We are endlessly grateful for her and could not imagine going through this journey with anyone else! The BEST first-time home buying experience!

This year, we went to an open house on our own and texted her on Easter Sunday that we wanted to make an offer. She jumped right in, helped us navigate a multiple-offer situation, and we got the house. A few months later, she helped us sell my first house in a much tougher market. She helped us figure out what was actually worth doing before listing and how to price it, and we were under contract by the end of the first weekend. Her whole team was great to work with, too. Haley on the buying side and Candy on the selling side were ON IT with emails, information, deadlines and every question we threw at them, no matter how asinine. We've now bought two houses and sold one with Nicole, across some very different Austin markets. The fact that we've gone back to her every time probably says it best. We'd absolutely work with her and her team again.
