Rachel's the BEST When you're looking for your first home, you typically have no idea what the first things are to look out for. Sure, you can do hours of research about someone on the internet saying this or saying that. But when you're in that first house, everything can just become a blur and having someone who knows the ins and outs of the industry is an incredible asset. We would like to personally recognize Rachel for her outstanding effort to get us into our first home. It was a grueling process that lasted about half a year. We weren't picky, but we definitely knew what we wanted; and of course you can't forget the budget. Rachel helped us understand what we needed to check off on our list and why we needed to look out for certain things. She was able to share her knowledge about which areas appreciate and which don't. She treated our house hunting as if she was buying her property. We definitely want to thank her for being so patient with us and always keeping us positive about finding that one special house in this HUGE seller market; and putting in an offer that would finally close the deal, even after looking at almost 30 places. Rachel's negotiation skill helps us to find our first home. If you need to find someone who knows the industry and is also an investor themselves, or you're stuck with an agent that makes you feel like you come second to the other couple also looking for a home, or if your agent got lazy after showing you one house, Rachel is the person you need to make sure you find that place called home. We will continue to work with Rachel for any of our future endeavors. We hope that you reading this review, is the sign that you need to give her a call. We know you'll be as ecstatic as us in your new home. Take care. read more

RMA has an agent on staff who fails to negotiate in good faith and has a conflict of interest listing a personal property for rent at the same time it is listed for sale. Agent failed to respond to numerous calls & counter offers. Brokerage and agent should have their licenses suspended or revoked. Do yourself a favor and find a brokerage agency who doesn't allow these shenanigans. read more

Warning: DO NOT use Jacqueline Saker to list your property or as an agent to purchase a property. One of her prosperities she has listed has literally been on the MLS for one year. No disclosures of the known defects that she became aware of when it went through an escrow last month that fell through were mentioned in the listing. The pictures of the property were unprofessional, unclear photos. Will be reporting her to the Board of Realtors in regard to taking screen shots of water marked pictures of the property then reposting them. When asked to provide details concerning the defects she refused. When asked to provide clearer pictures, detailed pictures of the home she became verbally abusive downright unprofessional, scary angry and hung up the phone. Was told I could get in my car and go look at the property my self which BTW is illegal and trespassing and unprofessional because the listing agent is responsible for showing the property herself. Would not use or recommend that anyone use her, not with that attitude. Unsafe for her to be telling strangers on the internet to go to an abandoned home to look at it themself and take their own pictures because if someone were to get inured they could sue her and the property owner. It also puts the property owner at risk in the event someone damages the property while driving on it or looking at it as well. Jacqueline was also being shady and getting angry when I was requesting details about the wood rot, the situation with the electricity and plumbing. For Jacqueline's information selling a property "AS IS" is not the same as not disclosing defects = real estate fraud. After reading the other reviews it has become obvious that this place reeks of toxic agents marinating in a culture of deceit, and abuse who use bullying and intimidation tactics if you don't agree with them. read more

Realtor agent (Jonathan Vasquez) stopped answering calls and ignoring texts after the sale was made. Never did what he said he would like get some repairs fixed around the home. Said the home passed inspection for roof and plumbing etc but still found a gas leak in the kitchen and a rotted part of ceiling due to water damage and was falling apart and other holes in the exterior walls in the back part of home that I had to get replaced. I was told by him the home would be given to me in good condition and was not. An inspection was clearly not passed or done right if so. Got us a broken refurbished stove with a gas leak and never replaced it like he said he would. He leaves my text on read and doesn't answer phone calls or calls back anymore. Not a man of his word. Seems like he was only interested in the money. read more

Crook agents. Do not make a purchase from one of these agents or attempt to. They do not honor contingencies with contracts and will have clients refuse to return your earnest money when the deal does not go through. The agents threaten lawsuits and are disgusting people only out for themselves. Stay as far away as possible. read more

In response to Jorge B review of Realty Masters Mr. Nino. I was the owner of the property at 1455 S Magnolia Ave Ontario Ca for 40+ years. Upon the open house we received 6 offers to purchase my house. Mr. Nino presented all 6 offers to us in no particular order. We chose the best offer that worked for us. Most all offers were over the asking price, we chose the offer that worked the best for us, and wasn't contingent on the appraisal, since we knew the appraisal might come in under the selling price. Mr. Nino was always very professional and thorough with all our dealings with selling the property. It was a pleasure working to work with Mr. Nino. We would definitely use him again and refer our family and friends to him. read more

We are very grateful for all the help and information Veronica provided us with when we were trying to buy our new home. Especially the quickness on how fast she replied back to emails and calls each time we had questions. We are in love with our new home and I honestly don't think we could've done it without her. Of all the other realtors we have encountered, she's by far the best and most reliable one. I highly recommend Veronica as your realtor! read more

We were interested in a property MR NIño had listed back in February in Ontario(1455 S. Magnolia ave . This agent was rude from the first day he was hosting an open house. Very unprofessional and dishonest!! We made an offer of 15k above asking price, and offered 20% down, he told us 2 days after our offer, that he will go with an other offer that was above asking price. He didnt give us a chance to counter offer, at that time I had a feeling something was just not right about this transaction. I felt my offer wasn't even presented to the seller. This agent wanted the full commission and worked with someone else to help him to go under radar. I called today to ask again, why didnt you take my offer? I just saw on redfin that property sold at asking price. He stated the home appraised at 500k. I told him why didnt you accept my offer? I asked remember you told me, " next time you really want a property, offer more than the asking price". What?? I did offer above asking price. He kept fumbling over his own words after I stated that. I came to conclusion this agent only cares for himself and greedy, I feel sorry for his client he represented. I am sure my offer never got presented to the sellers. I will be reaching out to his client's. So they know how this man was untrustworthy and dishonest. Everyone should research the background of their agents. This guy is bad news!! read more
