We had so many moments when we could've put in an offer, or we could've settled for less, but Melanie did not allow that to happen. With her expertise and her ability to just fully understand what we truly wanted, she was able to give us advice that was thoughtful and she would not let us settle for less than what we wanted! Even when we had questions or any concerns, Melanie was super responsive and made us feel like we were her only clients, even though we know this is far from true. She really helped guide us through the whole home buying process and made sure we felt 100% comfortable before moving forward in the process. She helped us get our offer accepted on a home where she could tell that we could really picture ourselves, and 4 months in, my husband and I couldn't be happier living in our new home!

He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

We got an offer accepted in April and closed in June. Rob was a very responsive and punctual agent. Scheduling open houses and private showings with Rob was very smooth, sometimes we went to a few properties in one day. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it. There was a property with a major tilt and Rob pointed it out...it was making us dizzy. It was great having Rob to help answer our questions about the roof, the heater, water boiler, septic tank age and so much more. He would also provide comps of similar properties that sold recently in the area. Overall, we had a great experience with Robbie and would highly recommend him.

While initially deciding on a realtor we interviewed several, we never felt pressured at the Galvin Group. Our realtor Eamon Galvin took care of every detail of the sale, keeping us updated to ensure things were proceeding to our satisfaction. The whole process started off very dicey, as my landlord never confirmed with me that he was working with the Galvin Group. I just started getting random texts from them about showing my apartment. It was around Christmas time when they started to ramp up their showings. For the week of Christmas and the weekend of New Years, they were relentless about showing my place. I understand business is business, but you'd think they might lay off during the week of Christmas, especially since I was living there. But what I am truly upset about is when my identity got stolen. My place was shown on February 19th - 4 days later a fraudulent credit card account was opened in my name. I didn't find out until about a month later when I received the bill. After filing a police report, I called Craig to express my concerns. He made it into a joke asking "did they buy anything good at least?" My identity just got stolen (possibly from a stranger that came into my apartment) and this is a joke to you? He then proceeded to let me know he was always available in case I needed a realtor in the future. I was not calling him to joke around, nor was I calling to do business. I am truly disappointed in their level of professionalism and their lack of regard for tenants. To be honest, I am not too surprised in how this all went down considering my former landlord, Mike had absolutely no respect for his tenants nor his fellow condo-owners - and like attracts like....

He came and picked us up to show us a few houses over the course of an afternoon. By the end of the afternoon, I told my fiance this was the guy I wanted to use. He's an honest dealer, the type of guy with a firm handshake who looks you in the eyes when he meets you. I'm sure he had other clients, but I wouldn't have known. We would call with questions (sometimes very stupid ones), probably more often than the norm, and he'd always politely answer our questions. My fiance and I also have weird schedules so showings were often all over the place, but he worked with us and was very accommodating. One thing to note, too, I have a pet peeve when people refuse to say "I don't know" and instead BS an answer rather than admit not knowing something. Ryan doesn't do this. If he did not know the answer to a question (rare anyways, this is a smart guy who does his homework), he'd apologize, look up the information, and immediately get back to us. I really liked that. Anyways, highest recommendation for Ryan Conachen. I've recommended him to friends and coworkers who've also praised him. Do yourself a favor and hire an honest, good guy to help you find your house.
