I worked with Kenneth Brown in helping me to find tenants for my condo. I was nervous about having…read moretenants move in that would ruin the condo. Kenneth visited my condo and provided me with the market value for monthly rent. I then agreed to work with him to show the condo to perspective tenants. Kenneth did such a great job selecting tenants for me that the very first couple he showed the condo to wanted it. Furthermore, these same tenants have been renting the condo for the past four months and there have been no issues. In fact, they are extremely kind and respectful. The most important thing as a landlord, beyond being kind and responsive to your tenants, is to find great tenants because they can make it a fun experience or turn it into a nightmare. I believe Kenneth Brown has the expertise and knowledge to get you the perfect tenants every time. While Kenneth is always responsive when you email or call him, I could tell he had a lot of work in progress. One email he sent had the wrong rental property address and there were a few times where the tenants and I were waiting on Kenneth to perform the next action item.
