I'm treated poorly by them for being on that program. They have caused a few issues over they years on my vehicles. Last issue cost me my license. I asked if they would help pay my lawyer fee for that violation. Now I'm not welcome back. My license was reinstated instantly. The violation happened while they were working on the vehicle. Have photo evidence and time stamp evidence. I highly suggest staying away from this company. It has been nothing but problems. I have delt with other companies like them with no issues. I had to pay a shop in Nashville fix it Whomever did the work on my stereo at the dukes on bay just ripped the plug out of the back of the stereo. (If you pinch two tabs it pulls right out) Dukes would not help in any way to have my stereo warranty taken care of because I was out of state. I fear I will have to buy a new stereo for my truck because of Dukes Not a good warranty. Not a good install Not a good experience Not a good job Worst experience ever. Stay away zero star review
