Replaced brake lines on F350. Pricing thought was very fair. Pleased with his work.

Jennifer attended my call and explained the process in detail and told me that the insurance offer was too low by looking at their quote. I immediately decided to hire auto appraise after speaking to her. I called couple of times during the process to ask questions and she was very patient to answer all of them politely. Travis and Jennifer worked on this for less than a week and conveyed the good news on last Friday . I got a signed copy of the agreed price between Travis and the insurance appraiser and the new price was more than 3.5 than the original offer. The process was seamless with auto apprise and I highly recommend them for your appraisal needs. Five start company.

I am beyond thankful for this recommendation. Jennifer and Jason are a dream team to work with, and are very patient, thorough, and professional. Jason was able to inspect a car for me to buy site unseen, and every single thing he pointed out on his notes, video, and over 500 images allowed for no surprises when I finally decided to buy the car, and saw it up close...he had pointed out every single little thing! Jason knows his stuff, there is no doubt about that! He is a top-notch inspector! Jennifer was so kind and fun to work with, and I really enjoyed the whole process because of her! Thank you both for helping me with the inspection of my dream car!

Come to find out too little too late that Audi settled a class action lawsuit for this very issue and a manufacturing issue of piston ring failure. $20,000 for a new engine. Never buying any thing from VW group again!

I should have read the yelp reviews before buying a car at Bay City Audi. :(…read more I highly recommend you stay away from Bay City Audi for service and car purchases. They sold me a lemon either intentionally (they knew there were issues and didn't disclose), or unintentionally (their service department is incompetent and didn't perform a basic safety inspection of the vehicle before listing for sale). I flew in from California to buy a used 2017 Audi Q7 from them to tow a trailer from Pennsylvania to Michigan. They sold me a car with numerous issues. When I arrived in Michigan, the car wasn't ready. The tow package didn't include the module to control lights so I couldn't tow. They tried to encourage me to buy the car without the safety features calibrated because they were having issues in their shop. They finally thought outside the box and found someone to calibrate the drive sense safety features/camera. The car was not detailed or washed when I arrived. While test driving I heard some unusual braking noises that I wasn't able to reproduce with the sales rep. The rep said maybe it was due to the car sitting. Turns out this car, which is supposed to have new front brakes actually needs new rotors (and brakes). It make a rotating clicking noise when gently braking. I had the car inspected by a mechanic after purchase. Not only do the front brakes and rotors need to be replaced, but the exhaust is cracked in a visible area where service supposedly replaced some exhaust clamps before the purchase. There is also an issue with the rear trunk lid sensor/lights. At the end of the day, when I fly across the country to buy a car, I expect it to be ready and in good working order. I've bought 8 Audi vehicles over the last 10 years and this the single worst experience in my history with the Audi brand. I don't expect an Audi dealership to sell me a lemon. Nobody has returned my calls or emails regarding these issues.

back in November before thanksgiving we were driving home doing maybe 60 on the freeway when we…read moreheard a huge BANG. That bang was my transfer case EXPLODING. With the transfer case exploding it caused my driveshaft to fall and snap. Where the driveshaft connects to the transmission there is a little knuckle. That knuckle you can't just replace, you have to replace the whole transmission. Well, we have a warranty on the car since I'm still paying on a loan for it. Mind you we were 2 hours away from home. We called for a tow and had it towed to the nearest Jeep dealership. That dealership was Thelen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. As I stated above this happened in NOVEMBER. I was working with a guy named Josh. He was great. Very informative and kept me up with all information and called me back within 24 hours of me calling. NEVER left me hanging for days. We both tackled contacting the warranty company and fighting with them about a new transmission since they denied it at first and said "you continued to drive the car after the transfer case exploded and the driveshaft broke". ‍‍ if you don't have a transfer case or a drive shaft how can you drive? You CANT. So I argued with the warranty company till they finally admitted that I was right and they put in for a delivery of a new used transmission. Took like 2 weeks for them to get it. They finally got it but the tech was on vacation. No big deal. A week or so later they got the transmission in.. and it was bad. Josh had to file a complaint with the warranty company and then the warranty company had to file for a warranty replacement with the transmission company. That took FOREVER. Well they received that transmission roughly 2 months ago or longer. Well Josh had left the company and my car just kept getting pushed back and other cars that came in WAY after mine, got fixed. I was calling almost every other day to get an update. I spoke with a younger gentleman that said he was working the case and said they'd get to working on the jeep that week and it would done by the following Monday. I call the following week, and spoke with a lady and she said she was now working the case.. (hmm) I said okay, and asked when my car would be done. She said the following Wednesday it would be ready for pickup. I said awesome. A week and a half later which was Wednesday I called to get an update. I left voicemails DAILY for a week. Spoke with another gentleman when they finally answered and they said it would be another week till they get it into the bay because they're working on another car. At this point they had been saying itll be done in a week for damn near a month. Finally my husband calls them and said that if it's not done by that following Friday that we would be coming up there regardless to pick it up and we'd be bring a lawyer as well. May 8th we head up to the dealership which was a 2 hour drive. We open the trunk and they have a metal bar that was part of my car and they said that it was damaged so that's why they didn't put it back on. Okay fine as long as it wasn't important. Everything looked great. Well we get home and literally have it parked for less than 30 minutes and you could see a small puddle of trans fluid under the car. We just tossed it up like it was just residual trans fluid that maybe when they were filling it up they dumped some. Well it is NOW May 22nd. It's been EXACTLY 2 weeks. There is no way it's just "residual" fluid. I have a big puddle of trans fluid under my car ONCE AGAIN. Mind you, they had my car for damn near 6 months. SIX MONTHS and there's STILL an issue because now it's leaking trans fluid. Ive called the dealership and now I'm just waiting to hear something back because if I take it to another dealership closer they will start all over again and I'll have to pay a lot more out of pocket. And the fact that all the issues weren't fixed I don't feel safe driving my car 2 hours, and I'm not paying and i shouldnt even have to pay over $400 just for a tow to get to the dealership. Plus if I drive it there then the warranty will be null and void because I "drove it damaged"
