When I walked in she would smile with love and make u feel like u wanted to come here. Like it was home. Then the few times that I need to change my appointment; she called other patients to see if they were able and comfortable to switch around. To accommodate me. So that means that she would so the same for others. She was the nicest, sweetest front person who greets that i have ever encountered in my life. I am 68 so I have had many experiences with front office receptionist. Never have I met anyone like her. Then I find she is leaving. I was floored... How could she be leaving when she is the root of the front?? I am not sure of the circumstances, but I believe it is from higher up. Well to u higher up people, u will be so sorry for her leaving. She should be managerial position. Your loss!!!! She knows how to work with people and always with a smile. U truly made the worst business decision in your life. So, I will not be returning as many others because of your poor decisions to let a fantastic employee go. I am a business woman. I went there twice a week for 8 weeks for my back and my shoulder and never improved. The therapists take care of two patients at the same time, and they are cleaning equipment and beds all the time so they are not focused on helping the patient, they are running and impatient. I ended going to the Weston Krupta center and began improving immediately. Beware of this place. You deserve better care.

My surgeon was concerned with my range of motion and was recommending that he perform a "Manipulation under anesthesia", something I did not want to have done. Joey set my curriculum to specifically address my range of motion and I'm happy to say that my surgeon was satisfied as well. I've even advanced to a point where I can do things I wasn't able to prior to the surgery. You can observe the focus on cleanliness. All the equipment is sanitized between patients. Above it all though, is the quality of character of the people at Aries. You get to know people after spending three hours a week with them. I've always on time and had to wait at least 35-45 minutes to be seen every single time. Today I showed up 24 minutes late after a shoulder surgery for a follow up. I had no nanny and had to deal with a 14- months old with me having one arm. Yes, daddy could help but there's unexpected pooping and nappy change prior to leaving that I didn't plan for. The office gave me attitude like "oh, but your appointment was at 8". Yes, bitch. Had I showed up at 8 I would still be waiting to be called. Why do doctors think they are the only one whose time is important. I had to take time off a very well-paying job to come wait around as well. Normally it will take me more than 2 hours in this office for a 15 minutes face time with a doctor. Both my parents were physicians and I worked in patient registration in their hospital growing up. I never had this type of issue. People who had long wait time are the walk in that we only could fit them in between appointments. If you want to me keep my appointment absolutely on the dot, do yours yourself!!!!'

Basically, its $200 per month for 4 sessions, so not a cheap place. I saw a guy getting stretched on a table who yelled, "Its great".
