The staffers are doing a really unpleasant job and at pretty low pay (or else the company would have to charge so much, nobody would hire them!). Be fair, guys. They're cleaning out your toilet because you don't want to. I love the Cleaning Authority. Folks, if you want something special for your house, spell it out up front. Be willing to pay extra for more comprehensive work that you seek if that's what you want. It's unfair to pressure them for a cheap price if you're going to hold them to a million-dollar standard. You can't get it both ways.

The damage to my bathtub has been estimated by a professional contractor at $3600! The owner has been difficult to reach, and is refusing to fix it. He is also not being forthcoming with insurance information either. So hours and hours of research to figure out how to get compensated in order to fix this damage, which will likely have to be settled in court. It should not be this difficult. Beware - get this information before hiring a contractor (and hope it doesn't change) just in case you need them to back up one of their strongest advertising claim.
