I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Someone came out that same week to take a look and give out a timely estimate. This company does offer financing, although we did not use it. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service. The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done. Against my better judgement, as well as Yelp itself telling me I should not remove the review, I went ahead and removed it. Well, no solution to my problem was ever presented and the issue(s) listed below still remain. No matter what happens from this point forward, I will not remove this review again! Below is my original review. I've thought long and hard about writing this review. This winter I had my main drain clog about 2 days before the big snowfall, during that vicious cold snap we had. Once the snow was finished and my crawl space was able to be accessed, I called Kaleb as I'm also a veteran. He came and tried to snake it, to no avail. He also commented that my crawl space was the cleanest he has seen. After not getting the main line opened with a snake, he said the only option is to "hydrojet" my line and that would free up any clog I had. He also said that he would knock off the $100 I paid for the snake from the $550 charge for the hydrojet. Well, the hydrojet didn't work and, in fact, made matters worse as all that water (and everything that was in my pipes) went all over my crawl space, which now has a terrible odor. He made no attempt to clean up the mess he made and it cost me a total of $550 to not have the problem solved and my house smell like shit! I'm sorry, but I expected more from one veteran to another. I guess now that the weather is getting nice, I'll have to pressure wash my crawl space myself. Not an easy task, being a couple months shy of 74 and not in the best of health! In short, I hate to say this about a fellow vet, but I do not recommend this company!

He left my bathroom a terrible mess and got something on the floor that melted a small part of my carpet, which he refused to take responsibility for. I also felt he took advantage of me because the amount he charged was so much. Anyway, I had another leak very close to the place where the first pipe had leaked. I was afraid it was the one he fixed, so I called him. It was not. He told me what he was going to do. I thought I was going to have a heart attack when he told me what it would cost. I told him it was way too much, so he started telling me how much the parts were. He lied. I looked up the parts online, and they cost about 1/3 of what he told me. I definitely don't recommend him. He lied and tried to take advantage of me.

After 2-3 hrs he said it's finished and he wants his remaining money. I told him It has to be tested before sending the remaining balance. That's where he goes crazy, cursing out like an immature person. When we tested the following day Sunday around 10:00 AM, it was worse than before he fixed it. I told him the problem is not fixed, we can't send the rest of the money if the issue is not fixed. We had back and forth text and conversation and he agreed to come back. He came back late Sunday around 5:00 PM, both tenants on the 2nd and 3rd floor think the issue is fixed. Better be fixed after all the BS experience.
