If I could give this company 10 out of 5 stars I would…read more Another company came out and "diagnosed" an issue on their 2nd visit, and quoted us an up-in-the-air price for a "maybe this will fix it maybe it won't" service. Needless to say, I was on Yelp finding someone else for a 2nd opinion. Jennifer at Metz called me and messaged me right away to view video footage and get something scheduled. I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Someone came out that same week to take a look and give out a timely estimate. This company does offer financing, although we did not use it. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service. The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done. The pictures and reviews from myself and everyone else speaks for themselves. While I hope to never need more restorative services on my property (LOL), if I ever did, I would 10,000% use Metz again. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs it. Absolutely amazing!

They unclogged the line and then ran the camera through the line. Luigi and I were both very surprised to see that the last company that was out here in January 2021 for the same problems broke off part of their snake. And there is 30 ft of snake in my drain. Luigi gave me an estimate for digging up the driveway to retrieve the piece of snake. The estimate I felt was very fair, he included the work he had done that day into the estimate. I feel this is a very good company to call when you have a plumbing problem. Pat D

I hired McVay to replace my sewer lateral and house trap. During a subsequent plumbing project,…read moreanother licensed plumbing company discovered several serious installation defects, including a house trap pitched backward, an improperly configured pipe connection, and a PVC joint that hadn't been properly bonded. Approximately 10 feet of piping was retaining raw sewage. The findings were professionally documented with measurements, photographs, and video. The defective installation had to be removed and replaced. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistakes themselves, but McVay's response. I contacted them immediately, but it took several days to receive a callback. With 50 feet of open trench inside my home, waiting indefinitely wasn't an option, so the other company documented the problems and completed the repairs. When presented with the evidence, McVay denied warranty coverage because they hadn't inspected the work themselves, relying instead on a county inspection that had previously approved the installation. Despite the detailed documentation, there was no offer to visit, meaningfully investigate, or even express concern. I wasn't seeking compensation. The repairs were completed at no additional cost to me. I simply expected some accountability. **Mistakes happen. How a company handles them says everything about its integrity.** I would never hire McVay again.

Nick just finished installing my new toilet today. They were both so knowledgeable and did quality work. They explained everything so well. And, they aren't expensive. In the past, I had called 2 different heating companies to look at the boiler in my house. Both companies said my boiler was working fine, but yet my 2nd floor was still cold. I had called Lawerence plumbing to look at my furnace. Lawerence plumbing sent 2 technicians, Sam and Ed. It only took 5 minutes and they found the problem. The PSI in the water system was only at 5 Lbs, when it should have been at 15 Lbs. The valves that controls the water pressure in the boiler was corroded and stuck. The boiler system was old, and several other valves were also in need of replacement. Surprisingly, they were able to replace the old worn-out parts without breaking other parts. That's always the fear of working on old plumbing, things tend to snowball. They had to replace some bleeder valves on two of the radiators also. To make a long story short, Sam and Ed did a terrific job fixing my boiler. They were able to restore heat to my 2nd-floor without costing me a small fortune. If I ever need a plumber again, I will gladly call Lawerence Plumbing. They did a terrific job at an honest price. If I do call them again, I hope they send Sam & Ed again. Those two guys really know their stuff. Thanks Lawerence Plumbing and Heating
