Hi there! I just…read morewanted to take a moment to share how incredibly happy and impressed I've been with my experience at Crunch Fitness. Honestly, every single time I walk through the doors, I'm greeted with such a fantastic, positive vibe. The entire team here is truly exceptional - everyone is super friendly, they genuinely take the time to listen to any questions or concerns, and they approach everything with such admirable patience, which makes a huge difference. Because of this wonderful atmosphere, Crunch has truly become my fitness home; I can't imagine going anywhere else. They've really made a positive impact on my journey, and I'm so grateful for that! And speaking of wonderful people, I absolutely *have* to give a special shout-out to Lacie. Seriously, she is just phenomenal! Her smile is so radiant, and her energy is absolutely contagious - she truly brightens up the entire gym and never fails to put a spring in everyone's step. She's one of those people who just makes your day better, and I really appreciate her. A massive thank you to everyone on the team for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment, and an extra special thanks to Lacie for being such an inspiring presence. It truly embodies the spirit that "Little progress, is better than no progress," and Crunch makes every bit of that progress feel celebrated. Warmly, Tiffany

I have a learning disability so 12 months ago I walked in store to purchase a month by month plan…read morebecause I knew I'd be moving to the other side of town soon and I wanted to be helped by a worker to make sure I was getting the correct plan. Their system was down at the time so they told me I had to do it on my phone. I asked the gentleman at the desk for help and he guided me to the 12 month contract Instead of the month by month. so I've been stuck paying for crunch for the last 12 months and more then once ive Called for help and the front desk workers have been less them help and borderline rude each time I've called EXCEPT the last time where a young lady picked up and was very helpful in making sure my plan could NIT BE RENEWED. But now I've been charged 20$ for canceling???? at the end of my 12 month plan I'm so sick of this company so many hidden fees. I will never recommend crunch to anyone I know.

Titan Gym is honestly one of the best gyms I've been to in years. While it's a smaller facility, it…read moretruly has everything you need to reach your personal fitness goals--whether that's general strength training, bodybuilding, powerlifting, or simply shedding a few pounds. There's plenty of equipment to go around, and even during peak hours you rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes to use a machine, bench, or squat rack. The gym is also exceptionally clean; it's clear the owners take pride in the space, because you'll barely find a speck of dirt or even a smudge on the mirrors. The owners, Norm and Joanna, are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They're also very knowledgeable trainers who offer personalized training sessions tailored to your individual goals. What Titan Gym may lack in size, it more than makes up for with its sense of community. The members are incredibly welcoming and diverse--ranging from college students and young professionals to parents and older adults staying active in their later years. It's a place that supports both casual gym-goers and serious lifters alike (including a member who recently placed first in a state powerlifting competition). You also won't find the stereotypical "gym bro" atmosphere here--people are respectful of each other's space, time, and noise levels. The people here also organize activities outside the gym as well, ranging from Spartan races and marathons to casual hikes, beer festivals, concerts, and even weekend gaming. At the time of writing this review, Titan Gym is located in Alamo Ranch, though they plan to move to a much larger facility later this year (close to the Santikos Theatre). That will be a great step forward, as the current space can feel a little cramped in certain areas. Still, even in its current form, Titan Gym manages to create an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. I'm personally a Texas transplant, and finding this gym went a long way to making this place a new home.
