I spoke to Neil first and told him what I was looking for. I needed to sell my condo and upgrade to a 4 bed house because I just had a baby and one on the way. When we started this whole process, we were unsure of the path it was going to take us. I listed a property with them in their "auction format" and was not only displeased with their listing the price of the home super low to get people to "bid" but the shear amount of people who walk through your home who think they are buyers (due to the artificially low price) who will never and could never submit a reasonable offer.
