I just go up to one and ask about what I need and they help me. One time I went there for draino and they convinced me to get a drain snake (better for your drain). Then the 2 employees started talking about their experiences using the drain snake. I'm sorry I drank drain snake haterade bc I just pulled the most atrocious hair monster from my sink the other day.
