This Rocky Mountain Spring Water place is only 1.5 miles away. The cost was 30cents per gallon for (seemingly) great water. The location seemed clean & well-functioning. The process was a little tedious, because if I put more than 30cents at a time, it would spit out change. That meant for my 5gal bottle, I had to put in 30cents, wait for it to fill & put in another 30cents, etc. Still not enough hassle to take off a star...

Culligan was recommended to us by several plumbers after we encountered some issues due to hard…read morewater. Like many in the area, we get our water from a well on our property. The process: -After calling you inquire about an appointment, a local representative followed up and promptly scheduled a home visit. After testing our water and explaining what the results meant, he presented us with a menu of options. Importantly, he did not try to sell us on more of a system than we needed. He also checked out where our water line entered the house and made some recommendations regarding how to configure the area in the event we purchased their product. He simply left us with quotes for several options and contact information to reconnect with him and his colleagues once we had time to discuss our options as a family. After some consideration and an evaluation of other options, we quickly settled on the system that was right for us. The staff we reached out to to schedule the install were responsive and helpful, finding a date and time that aligned with our schedules. When the installation day arrived, the technician called to confirm location, arrived on time, and installed the system quickly and with minimal disruption to our home routine-including a friendly but somewhat needy dog. Before leaving, he checked to make sure everything was in working order and walked us through what to expect, including the weekly purging of the filtration tanks that happens in the early morning hours. We could not be more satisfied by this customer experience.

The delivery person parked directly in front of my property's entrance and garage, blocking access. Frankly, they were lucky the police didn't arrive in time to issue a ticket. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I hope the company holds them accountable.
