Not only did they arrive over an hour after me despite leaving 3 hours ahead of us, (with no explanation for the delay), but some of my belongings were also stolen during the move. I trusted them with my personal property and they completely violated that trust. When I contacted them about the missing items, they were unhelpful and basically dismissive. There was no accountability or effort to resolve the issue. This move was already stressful, and this company made it worse with their unprofessional behavior, lack of transparency, and what I can only describe as theft. Please think twice before hiring them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Also, I believe their lonnnng delay is because they may contact a locksmith to unlock your personal lock to go through your belongings before they arrive.
