It was a long wait, but we understood as we needed a heavy duty vehicle/wench to get our truck out. When we called for updates, the driver was very polite and tried to give us his best estimate for arrival. When he got to the site, he was polite and efficient, even between getting calls while he was hooking up our vehicle. I read past reviews and I'm sorry other people had such poor experiences. If we had been waiting in the vehicle, it may have been a different story but... Other than time frame for arrival, we had a good experience with Hurricane Hauling. They are currently looking for dependable drivers and plan to increase the number of trucks in their company to cover the demand so I'm sure service time will improve!

One of our neighbors actually came over and talked to him as the car was getting put on the flatbed. We called before noon on a Monday and he said he would be here later in the afternoon. The car was gone before 1pm, way sooner then we expected. I've only used a tow once before so I was worried about the cost.
