When we finally got inside they had a dj and cute decorations. Also had a table with food and mocktails. We sat for about 30 mins and then we started off with brunch. They offered fruits, grits, fried chicken, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bacon, eggs, croissants, and more. Unfortunately the food was pretty cold, but it still tasted really good so i can imagine how much better it would have been if it was atleast warm. They also had a $1500 raffle (my group didnt win). After we ate we headed to the bar and got some margaritas which we mixed with the mocktail. When it was finally time to start painting we were expecting to be shown step by step but instead it was a quick instruction and just go for it type of thing ,but we still enjoyed it. Everyone their was very friendly and attentive.

The VIP Saloon is only here at the Miami Dade CountryFest at Tropical Park every year in April…read more It's the 4th annual Countryfest with more people than last year. It is a huge tent set up for this event only. There was quite a crowd here today. It's open tomorrow also. They do charge you a fee of $125 for all you can eat and an Open Bar, air conditioning and Rodeo seats. The food selections were great: empanadas, tacos, salads, hamburgers, etc. They had quite a crowd who enjoyed dancing, the Latin music and Top 40. We came with friends and all had a good time after attending the rodeo, which was so exciting this year. We needed a cool drink after all that. Servers were good and friendly. It's 80° today. Parking is close by for free. Check Google for Miami Dade CountryFest for free tickets.
